The unit was beautiful but it was not cleaned. Dirty laundry left in unit...cockroach on the bathroom floor...mold on toilet seat.. we loved the unit but we paid a lot and were very dissapointed because of this. Best of oc who manages the unit gave excellent service though and that helped so much. I should be given some money back on this reservation

Ocean City Stay

The unit was beautiful a great view of the bay. The proximately to the boardwalk was perfect. It was within an easy walking distance. The best part with the direction this unit faced the noise at night was minimal and you could just relax and enjoy the view. Definitely recommend this location.

Family vacation

Our entire family loved the place. The location was beautiful and close to everything. The guys enjoyed fishing from the pier. Lots of room to relax with our family . They are already talking about coming back next year. Thank you

Great get away

Great view of the bay. Place was great for our family. Close to boards and amusement but far enough from noise. crowds andDefinitely would rent again!

Property was nice and conveniently located. Some items were in disrepair and had a lot of wear and tear, but clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location for a family beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay this property. The location is perfect for families who want to stay close to the beach but away from the craziness of the boardwalk. It was very kid friendly and we look forward to returning next year!

The unit was prety clean upon arrival, owner responded quickly with the coffee maker. The unit itself needs attention, i would have thought that during the slow winter season would be when updating and repairs would be scheduled? Gurss not. Wall patches, floor apart old mattresses, not a welk stocked kitchen. There were only 5 of us and barely enough pots and pans to get by. The unit would be vwry nice with some attention.

Great views!

We enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views of the bay and inlet! A few things could use some updating, but overall it’s a great property. Walkable to restaurants and the boardwalk.

Bayside sunsets and relaxation

I would visit this location again. Spacious, clean, views, and convenience! I was first worried about staying bayside would retract from wanting a beach vacation and waking up to the sound of the waves would be missed. I have zero regrets. The master bedroom mattress was amazing (I need to know what the topper was). I slept so soundly and peacefully I didn’t want to get up. When you do get up you walk directly onto a bayside balcony with views for DAYS. There was always something to watch and it was breezy and cool. In the evenings you have an unobstructed view of the sunset that can’t be beat. The unit comes with beach cart, chairs, and umbrella so there was no need to pack the car with those items. Convenient to obtain and a straight walk from the unit to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with cart in tow. Parking garage and elevator also made life incredibly easy to navigate. You can tell everything is well cared for (the cleaning crew came promptly at 1000 check out time to prep the unit for the next crew). The master bedroom fan is still really wobbly. I saw that in a previous review and do have to admit it still wasn’t taken care of, but honestly didn’t need to use it. A/C works so well it wasn’t missed. I will come back for a future vacation.

Daughters Birthday trip

Had a great time at Steve's place. Had a issue with the a.c. But Steve had it taken care of very fast and promptly. Would stay at his home again. Thank you for a great way to spend me and my daughter's birthday.

Perfect stay for Ocean City

The condo was a lot larger in person including the balcony. Awesome view’s of the bay from the 3rd floor with a restaurant right underneath.

Awesome weekend-from host, amenities, location, clean!

Pictures do not do it justice! First- host was great! Amazing location on the bay! We choose this rental mostly based on the location and other reviews about having coffee on the terrace with the dolphins! Was not disappointed! The only recommendation would be to replace the shower heads! I understand the water pressure being adjusted to conserve but the way they spray did lead to a little puddle outside the shower!

Absolutely Terrific but replace beds please.

Excellent property location and unit. What an amazingly beautiful and relaxing view from the huge balcony and LR and Kitchen. Lovely working with Steve who was extremely helpful. Furnishings should be updated especially King bed and queen beds which were extremely uncomfortable and led to restless nights. I would stay again in a flash, but only if bedding was updated.
