Great family get away

Nice neighborhood location close to downtown Rapid City and surrounding tourist attractions. Lots of space to hang out and enjoy each other!

Great neighborhood

This house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room and the deck was so nice to sit out at night and relax and play cards at. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes.

Perfect home for family gathering!

Beautiful, clean, plenty of spaces for our family of 6 to hang out , cook, grill on the shaded patio and use as a base to explore the black hills. We were very happy with this beautiful home!

Great home for a group!

This was an excellent home and location for our family gathering. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Rapid City amenities. The home owner was readily available at all times. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Family Reunion

My wife and I stayed with some of our grown children and their young children, and a brother of mine, for a larger family reunion outside of town. We came in five vehicles and were able to all fit in the driveway with one in the garage. The kitchen was well equipped and the house and area beautiful. We loved the house and would stay again and recommend it for a large group. The owner answered my messages almost immediately.

Fantastic home and location

Joe, thanks for your warm hospitality, responsiveness and use of your home. Your home had everything we needed to make our stay with 8 adults pleasant. Very clean, well stocked and appreciate the little things like comfortable beds, ample space, toiletries and kitchen consumables, big fluffy towels and well stocked kitchen accessories. Also, the area has much to offer. We were out every day doing and exploring. One of our favorite family vacations. I would recommend your home to others. We plan to come back again some day.

Fabulous South Dakot

We came to Rapid City to celebrate a milestone birthday for me. We had a fabulous time, so much to see and do in the area. The house was centrally located with easy access to many of the major attractions. It was perfect for our needs, spacious and for our party of 7, everyone had a private bedroom and bath. Very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Very good

We really enjoyed the stay and thanks to receiving permission from the owner we had a lovely gathering after my Father's funeral. The property was excellent. We did feel that it would be good to mention that the stairs are fairly steep and could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. The only problem we had was the email giving me the "keys" said I would have to contact the owner. When I called him he was surprised it did not forward the code to me as he had indicated. (that is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for the check-in rating). Our family all say thank you for a lovely stay

Beautiful home

This house was a great place for 4 different households to come together. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space. Gave us a central place to stay as we ventured out to Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Devil's Tower, and Wind Cave.

Simply Wonderful

Everything was perfect! The house was clean, well-stocked and beautifully maintained, as well as having a great layout and location. Communication with from the host was timely and very pleasant. I have only wonderful things to say this experience. Highly recommend!

Mini Damily Reunion

We can’t say enough positive about this special home! It was perfect for our mini family reunion with ages ranging from 2-75. It’s central for accessing all that the Black Hills have to offer. And the location is in a beautiful neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re in the country. In Addition it was well stocked with kitchen, bedroom, bath items, large garage. Also, the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. Two suggestion would be to add additional comfortable seating to the sun room and a functioning outside umbrella but that’s it!!

Perfect home base to explore SD!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Perfect base for exploring South Dakota’s main attractions: Mt Rushmore, Custer Stare Park, Badlands National Park., etc. The house is awesome! Rapid City has a very nice downtown with many great restaurants.
