Incredible views and location

We had a wonderful stay here, the house is old but full of charm, perfect to relax and watch the ocean and unwind without all the distractions, we will absolutely stay again next time we are in mollymook

Lovely Beach Getaway - stunning views

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely quaint beach house. It has excellent views across MollyMook beach and Is so close to awesome restaurants with everything you need for a chilled relaxing weekend.

Gem of a place!

We had such a fabulous time here. The house has such cool retro beachy vibe, and we loved sitting on the deck or in the sunroom gazing at the ocean.

Spectacular views

We had a wonderful stay , our main intention for our visit to mollymook was to relax and that’s exactly what we could do at this property . The views were spectacular and the back deck was perfect to enjoy the surroundings.

Peaceful getaway on the south coast

We loved stayed in Helen’s beach house. The property is a short walk from the beach and has gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. We liked the quiet nature of the beach house and being away from the the main beach of Mollymook. Highly recommend Helen’s house for a getaway on the south coast. Thank you for having us!

Relaxing week overlooking Mollymook beach

The beach house is original but has a lovely feel and is very relaxing overlooking the beach. An easy walk to the beach. The house was very thoughtfully provided with the basic - sheets, towels, kitchen supplies etc. Highly recommend

Cutest cottage with the best view. Loved everything about our stay in Mollymook.

The perfect getaway in Mollymook. A wonderful escape for 4 of us and an 18 month old. We loved the original feel of the seaside cottage with the most wonderful views. A lovely wonder down hill to the beach which is only a short walk. The ping pong table was great fun. As well as a visit to Bannisters for a wonderful night of pizza. A super clean and absolutely delightful property!

Simply gorgeous!

We loved every moment of our stay at South 32. The home is very comfortable with all mod cons and lovely colours and touches, but retaining its quaint 60s beach house character. It is hard to pull yourself away from the magnificent ocean view, especially if you are curled up on the comfy day bed! We loved seeing the lorikeets and kookaburras that dropped by every now and then. The location is private and quiet, with the beach, shops and great restaurants just a short walk away. We can't wait to come back!

Great location

The property is in an excellent location and the views are fantastic and the street quiet. A very easy place to relax and use as a base to explore. My only suggestion would be to change the lounge furniture so you can lounge about comfortably.

It was definitely an original 1960s beach house!

It absolutely had charm but the second bedroom only has single beds, which are very uncomfortable for adults. None of the furniture was comfortable for sitting for very long - it needs a comfortable lounge - the sixties style looks authentic, but it's very uncomfortable. The location was lovely but I did feel that it was a little overpriced for the comfort.

Charming cottage with Post card view

What a total gem! Walk in to massive ocean views, sit and relax listening to the sea. Rosellas and kookaburras visited us. Star gazing at night on the deck. Short stroll for a swim before breakfast. Had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Felt like home on holidays. Hope to be back

Ideal break

Helen our host was available and welcoming on line, and even invited us to arrive early - which was a bonus. The house is well sited - great sweeping views along the beach and the lighthouse. The house was immaculately clean, neat, beds beautifully made up. We made use of the boogie board and beach chairs - didn't bother us what the weather was like, it was all 10/10 for a week long break at an otherwise crazy time of year.

Our extended family have enjoyed spending time in Mollymook for many years. It has always been our 'go to' place for holidays and long weekends.

We particularly love the long days at the beach and all the summer activities and buzz. The winter months are perfect for long beach walks, watching the southerlies roll in, playing cards and enjoying a glass of red wine.
