Great place, great owner and communicator. Two thumps up from our whole family

We had a great time at your place. It being your actual home had us a bit nervous at the beginning but it all went smoothly. We felt very welcomed and the kids love all the toys, the yard and the Christmas presents thank you! Overall great my only suggestion is to get unlimited wifi available for your guests. Thanks for a great holiday!

Lots of Charm!

Kelly was super nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the deck and garden as well as the hot tub. There was some fun on the trampoline too! The home needs better Wifi, better shower, garbage can in the bathroom, and more of a functional stove/kitchen. If a family is staying 3 days these things are important. We were able to wash our laundry there, so that was great. Thank you Kelly!

Thank you for your feedback. We were glad to have such a lovely first family to stay in the house. Sorry that those items were not up to your standard. The issue with the front left element on stove was listed on the property details - there are plans for either a new oven or a new element this year, and WIFI was not listed as even being available (I just allowed you the password as we got to meet & you asked for it). The water pressure on the shower has recently become weaker I'm not sure why, I am trying to get a Showerman or plumber around in the next week to improve this. Re the garbage bin in bathroom there was and is a small rubbish bin in toilet, with lid, aswell as one in bathroom without a lid - I'm not sure what more is expected here - I can have both bins with lids on if that is preferred? I thank you for treating the home with respect and leaving it as you found it. It was a shame that it was difficult to be in contact with you on your American phone. I hope you got to enjoy our beautiful city of Tauranga & got to walk around the Mount! Hope the rest of your travels went well.

Great family home with all the things you need to relax and enjoy Tauranga and surrounds.

Nice family home. Great spa, two outdoor relaxing areas in a quiet area of Tauranga. Close to beaches, shops and quick access to Tauranga’s city centre.
