Hi Michelle, Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that you found the house gorgeous and very clean. We apologize if the size of the pool didn't meet your expectations based on the online pictures. We understand that it can be disappointing when there's a difference between the visuals and the reality. It's great to know that the option of using the big pool at the clubhouse was available for you, especially if you have pre-teens or teens. We're pleased that you enjoyed the property and found the golf cart to be a convenient amenity. It can certainly enhance the overall experience. We appreciate you sharing the information about smoking or vaping. We do include in our listing that the property is non smoking. It's important for guests to be aware of the rules and regulations in place, and we also include this information in our rental agreement and user guides as well. This helps maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you had an enjoyable stay overall. If you have any further comments or suggestions, please let us know. We value your input and strive to improve our services based on guest experiences. Best, Gulf Tide Vacations

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found our location convenient and our check-in process smooth. We appreciate your feedback regarding the beach supplies and will take it into consideration for future enhancements. We're glad you found the pool area to your liking, even if it is on the smaller side. As for the nighttime wildlife noise, we understand how that could be a disturbance. Nature can sometimes be unpredictable, but we'll look into possible ways to mitigate the impact on our guests' comfort. Your comments are invaluable to us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Gulf Tide Vacations in the future. Warm regards, Gulf Tide Vacations

Hi Brian, Thanks for your feedback, I want to provide clarity on the items that you listed. We communicate the 9am check out time at the time of booking, we have this check out time so that we can properly sanitize the home for Covid19. We also communicate in our rental agreement we offer starter items for your stay such as soaps, paper products, trash bags etc, these are starter items as communicated in your rental agreement signed at the time when you book. We also communicate in the rental agreement that the golf cart is to be used only inside the gated community and to the nearest beach access. The golf carts are not designed to be a second vehicle or to be used for a primary means of transportation. We do our best to communicate this in advance of your stay, and in the rental agreement which you signed well in advance of your arrival, If you had any issues with these items when signing the rental agreement we would have gladly allowed you to cancel. We are glad to hear that you did enjoy the home and pool. Thanks, Gulf Tide Vacations
