Great space near downtown

We were disappointed by the location of the property given that it was next to the bus station. We encountered many unhoused persons near the property, and on the day of departure we were approached by a female who had come onto the property as we were disposing of our trash in the trash room.

Terrific apartment and location!

Awesome time! Very nice, clean, quiet apartment. Easily accessible and the location is perfect for everything! From Food to entertainment to Biltmore Estate, our visit was worth every minute!

Great location close to downtown

This is the second time we've stayed in the building. The apartment was clean, modern, and has all the amenities you need. The location is great- within a short walking distance to all restaurants downtown and breweries on south slope.

Great location but lots of homeless people on the streets!

Well appointed, very clean, comfy bed, nice kitchen, but limited tv channels, super hard sofa and too dangerous to walk in the area at night.

Location, location, location

If you are looking to spend time in Asheville, especially near the downtown area, this is the perfect place. You are a 5 minute walk from just about everything. The place itself is brand new, offers a secured parking area, and offers the majority of amenities you’d need for a vacation.

Awesome Location

Loved the location, easy walking to downtown shops/restaurants as well as south side breweries. Apartment was very clean and new. Loved the space and the view. Highly recommend. Secure parking garage was nice to have too.

Perfect location and accommodations

I Would recommend staying here to anyone. Very easy to find and check in process was very easy too. Great location downtown. We walked to restaurants and a bunch of breweries and didn’t have to worry about driving and parking anywhere. Easy access out of the city to the mountains as well. Very clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend.

Good Condo Experience

Really enjoyed the privacy with code locks and multiple layers of security. Having a private parking spot a major plus. It was relatively quiet with only some mild outside disturbance one evening. Will plan to stay again.

Weekend get away

This unit really made our weekend fun and stress free. It was great to have a parking space. The unit was in the best location and an easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend.
