Location couldn’t have been better - steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. The property itself was gorgeous - as advertised. Would highly recommend this property to any couple looking to get away to South Tybee Island.

The room was spotlessly clean and super cute. The property really is just steps to the beach, perfectly located near lots of shops and bars, but down a quieter side street. There were lots of helpful extras, like sea turtle safe red flashlights for night walks on the beach, a couple of beach chairs, and the parking pass, which saved us a bundle. The only thing that was somewhat less than ideal was the strong air freshener scent, which I’m quite sensitive to. I travel with an air filter for just this reason, so it turned out fine, but if you’re scent sensitive just be aware. I would definitely stay again though!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, very cute, not too far from South Beach, and when we wanted a regular coffee pot instead of the Keurig in our room, the property manager switched it out pronto. We also enjoyed the porch very much. We did however have a problem with the bed -- not a regular bed, but more of a frame with a thick memory foam pad on it. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't comfortable either. Also, we chose this room because it was "dog friendly." Weirdly though, the property had no grass -- none. We did eventually find an appropriate plot of grass to use at the non-beach end of the block. It would have been nice to know about this from the beginning.

The stay was jusy as expected! A little noisy as some teeenage boys came is for the weekend at the property next door but they settled down by quiet hours. The location is convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach. Beachside or riverside are just steps away! It couldn't have been better!

The only reason I gave a four for the overall stay is because the bed was comfortable but the bed frame was squeaky.

The property was exactly as expected and the communication with Jenny throughout was top notch! This is a beautiful little cottage and suited our needs perfectly. Jenny was outstanding with her communication and was helpful with all requests! This is a must stay property!
