Thank you for noting the easy beach access. I'm so glad the location met your needs. I'm sorry the yard didn't feel secure enough for your small dog. We'll have the maintenance team inspect it right away and they will also replace the burned-out bulbs and inspect the downstairs fan. I also apologize the lockbox was difficult to find — we'll make its location clearer in our guest arrival notes. Thank you for the helpful feedback; we hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for the 5-star rating! We're glad you enjoyed the beach view and found the home cozy. We’d be happy to host you again — come back soon!

Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. We're sorry the recliner was broken — that's not acceptable and we understand the safety concern. We'll have it repaired or replaced right away. If there's anything else we could have done to earn five stars, please message us through the Vrbo app; we'd really appreciate the feedback. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. Thank you so much for noting that communication with our team was excellent, and I apologize for the confusion around the pet policy and fees — I’m pleased we found a quick solution that worked well for you. We are working to prevent any future confusions on that point, as well. Regarding cleanliness, we will speak to our housekeeping lead about scheduling a deep clean. Thank you for that feedback. Please message us through the Vrbo app if you’d like to share any specific details. Thank you again for the feedback.

Thank you for the review. I'm sincerely sorry that several maintenance and cleanliness items interrupted your vacation. We completed a carpet clean and a full landscaping clean up. We will have the housekeeping team deep clean the grout, window tracks and light fixtures. The maintenance team is repairing the stove and did inspect the wood stove pipe. It does not have any holes and is perfectly safe, but we do plan to clean it and paint it. We also plan to reorganize the game closet and throw away whatever games are not complete. You had every right to expect a smooth stay and I'm sorry that we did not deliver that. We are using your feedback to make immediate improvements.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I appreciate you detailing your cleanliness and maintenance concerns. We have since remedied the WiFi/TV issues and our maintenance team is getting bids to replace the blinds, repair the toilet, and deep clean/stretch the carpets. We will update the listing to more clearly explain that the backyard is not entirely pet escape-proof, too. Thanks again for letting us know — please message us through the Vrbo app with any other details so we can continue to improve.
