King Tides

We had a good time staying at this property during the king tides. The location and view were perfect with easy beach access, and it was a short drive to Taft, Boiler Bay, and Depot Bay. The house was a little outdated, but we had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed the games and hot tub.

Best Family Vacation

Excellent view and beach access

This is our second time staying at this property. The view and beach access cannot be beat. My father has mobility challenges and he was able to go down to the beach several times because the access is so easy. The home is cozy and plenty of space for family game nights in front of the fire.

Our stay in Lincoln City!

We really enjoyed our visit. The house worked out great for three generations. The beach access was perfect, easy for the older folks. It was nice that it was so close, so if not everyone wanted to go they could stay at the house. we loved watching the sunset from the hot tub or the deck. It was a great location!

Loved it

We loved staying right on the beach, super easy beach access , perfect location!! I’d rent this house again! We enjoyed bonfires on the beach in front of the house and we also found lots of agates when walking the beach!

Amazing Nelscott Experience

This property was absolutely amazing. Nestled between some cliff properties makes the beach access almost private. Our family came on a busy weekend. The house is very large and accommodating for a gathering. The other reviews about people complaining about access to the beach or outdated items are crazy. It was perfect.

View and beach access were amazing

We loved this home! Ocean view was fantastic. Beach access was so easy. We loved that all of the older kids could sleep downstairs. They had a great time with the ping pong table and with the basement door shut the adults sleeping upstairs had peace and quiet all evening. Excellent home for our needs. We'll definitely stay here again. However, if you have a guest with mobility issues you won't like the stairs.

Family Ocean Retreat

Upon arrival, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the property. The main bathroom toilet was not working and had to be fixed by us. Even after getting it to flush, it leaked from the base the entire stay, requiring us to keep towels on the floor to avoid stepping in water. On top of that, the main shower only provided luke warm water. These issues made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. We believe a refund is warranted given the condition of the property and the lack of basic functionality.

Great location and view but needs some TLC

Start off with the house location and view is absolutely stunning, however the house itself needs some TLC small leaks and outdated appliances are showing their issues… also was a small sowbug problem in the downstairs bathroom. The hot tub was amazing and clean, the beds were clean and accommodating over all it was good stay

Perfect convenient location!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family gathering, super convenient beach location with kids so trips between the house and beach were not a big deal at all. House is older and not updated but makes sense with beach location and the mess of beach activities. Hot tub was the best perk! Manager checked in via text and sent a maintenance person quickly to fix a bathtub issue. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beach Fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend for the second year in a row. This house accommodates quite a few people and the sleeping situation fits our group perfectly. We love that it is located right on the beach with super easy access. We will definitely be back.

Right on beach but old inside

Pros: right on the beach, great view and very quiet. Bedding was clean. Great location Cons: Bathtub very slippery not safe, stairs incredibly steep inside and not standard size, toilet upstairs hardly flushed and was very low to ground. Furniture and overall appearance inside very old. Part of floor had a slant to it.
