This fantastic ocean view estate gives you stellar views of the Pacific from its elegant circular patio with a built-in fire pit, evoking visions of sunset evenings gathered with your guests in your own private retreat after a day at the beach. Updated for luxury, Oceanview Estate has spacious rooms, contemporary furnishings, and amenities galore. The serene, spacious living room has picture windows overlooking the patio and ocean, a plush sectional sofa for lounging, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. A separate sunroom has more sofas surrounded by windows for quiet conversation and luminous light. You’ll love working in the updated kitchen, with its quartz countertops, subway tile, stainless steel appliances, an inviting breakfast bar/island, and a beautiful wood dining table ready to receive a feast. A sumptuous king suite on the main level includes a spa-like bath with a walk-in shower, where you’ll be steps away from the hot tub on the backyard deck.

This was a great place to be close to things but with all the trees and deer you do not feel like you are in town!! House was very clean and plenty of room for all of us.

Relaxing location view of the ocean

Yearly trip to Lincoln city

The house was wonderful. We loved that it was up in the hill with all the trees and deers. The deers were definitely the highlight for all the little ones and the older ones too. The fresh air was excellent. We also liked that we could see the ocean so well. It was one of my favorite houses to rent so far.

A lovely and spacious home

This home feels secluded, yet is close to shopping and beach. It was very clean and was exactly as it was described and pictured, very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Wonderful home

We found the home well equipped and it was great having a bedroom on the first floor for our elderly mom. We enjoyed the hot tub and the close distance to Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, etc., yet it was private with a great view. We found it clean and homey for a relaxing time with our mom, daughters and sisters.

Family time at coast

We had great weather so really enjoyed the outdoors. House was big, we only had six people so plenty of room for each one to have their own space if wanted. Loved the house.

Perfect family vacation home

This property was amazing, the house was spacious and beautiful and we got to see the ocean from the home. There were also a ton of deer grazing in the front yard every day! It was so cool to see them up close. We will absolutely be coming back.

Great experience with this Vrbo home and the host. Super modern, all things provided, private stay, kid friendly. Only downside we’d say is not having locks on each room door. But still 5 stars!

Great getaway home

Beautiful home, clean, spacious. Beautiful view. Loved all the trees gave you the feel that you were by yourself even though the next houses aren't very far away. Was able to watch deer and elk hanging out in the yard. Perfect get away!!
