Good location on Emerald Isle

The house is in pretty good shape, with a few things that were a little rough around the edges, but it was adequate for our needs. Examples: The door to access deck from center bedroom on second floor wouldn’t open, the entry door with the keypad was sticky in the frame and difficult to open, there were some general maintenance issues on the deck and outdoor stairs that would be nice to have addressed, but certainly not show stoppers. Ceiling fans had copious amounts of dust on them, main refrigerator was broken (management company did notify us and provided a basic replacement and there is a second refrigerator in the downstairs laundry room), There is no pool table or ping pong table on the property although the listing shows them. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as advertised. Main living space on the top floor has a nice deck and good views of the beach. The linens and towels were in place when we arrived and there was a nice welcoming arrangement for my parents who were celebrating their 65th anniversary. The beach is a quick stroll down the private boardwalk, and driving into the commercial areas of Emerald Isle takes 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house for a group get together.

Family gathering for three generations.

It was a n annual vacation for my family, children, spouses, grand children. 14 in all. Had a great time. House is very spacious, clean and wonderfully located. Emerald Isles is a beautiful place to have a family vacation, plenty to do.

Exactly what we wanted!!

This house was the perfect location for us. We had tons of space for everyone, including 2 dogs. Direct access to the beach was ideal. Loved that we could enjoy the beach from the decks as well. The pool was not available for our stay (it had a leak that they were fixing) but the community pool was literally across the street and it was still a bit cool to use. The kitchen was well stocked. Top floor had a great layout that easily accommodated the 2 families. Only a couple of small maintenance items came up during our stay but were addressed quickly. The house was great for us, but there are a lot of stairs, so something to consider if anyone in your party has restrictions.

Relaxed family week

Colorful, spacious, well located and appointed house. Fun for the whole family here at beautiful Emerald Isle. The community pool is located right across the street and the ocean just down the boardwalk.

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay. This summer they will be hosting sandcastle building contests for those interested, which is always a great time!
