Lovely and charming OCEANFRONT single family home with 7 beds and 5 baths offering great gathering areas to make those beach vacations memorable.. Huge chefs kitchen with lots of new quartz counters and well equipped with new cookware ! This kitchen is big enough for all the cooks to work together ! The living area boasts a new sectional , additional couch and two comfy chairs while conversing or watching a favorite show. The round table easily sits 12-14 and there is additional bar and table settings. Views to the horizon. All while watching the waves wash up on the quiet and serene beach . Keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins along the shoreline. This home allows for your dog to join your family for an additional pet fee and rules to follow. We love our dogs ! Let's not forget our favorite part, the large oceanfront covered porch featuring endless Atlantic views! Downstairs is an additional living area with king bed , living space, kitchen and bath, perfect for those that want to join but need their space or are stair challenged ! Also, there is a nice entertaining space below and two outdoor showers! Two washer and dryers . New linens with duvets make this a clean choice for your family . Beds are as follows : 2 kings ( one upstairs and one in Mother in law quarters ) , 4 queens , 1 double and twin bunk beds . The Mother in law quarters is downstairs and has own king bedroom (7th bedroom) and kitchen, and owned keyed entrance. New owners and rental 2022! Sunday to Sunday prime season.

Great house on the beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large family vacation. Mother in law suite worked great for my parents to join along but have some quiet time too.

We absolutely loved the house and the location. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the kids and grandkids playing at the beach. The house offered many amenities in the kitchen as well as beach accessories/chairs. We hope to come back again.

The place was great! The view was wonderful as well as the location. Just steps from the beach. The place was spotless and the cleaning lady Danielle is a gem!! The kitchen was well stocked, games and books and there are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. The outdoor shower and outdoor space was great! Definitely ideal for a large family. Highly recommend!

This is our second year. The whole family likes it a lot. We had a little trouble with the Wi-Fi and a little trouble with entry, but our house were right on top of it.

This ocean front house was the perfect place for a family gathering! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for four families. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor showers were great after a day at the beach, which was just steps away from the house. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for all! This is a house we’ll look forward to staying at next year!

Very Nice and Comfortable.

We held our summer family reunion here this year. The house was very comfortable, housing all of us well. We especially loved the shaded deck and the round dining table.
