This cute little property did not disappoint! Close to the beach and other conveniences. I'm not into the condo vibe, so the 17th Street Inn was perfect.

An excellent location for food and beach. The parking pass was a huge perk! We were unlucky with noisy guests above us for a couple nights, but it was still an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful patio, great location!

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful place on a mother and daughter get away. The location was great, we could easily walk to shops and restaurants but felt comfortable and enjoyed a quiet night of sleep a block or so over from the nightlife hustle and bustle. Will definitely return and can’t wait to bring more family with us to rent multiple spots in this beautiful inn.

Cozy Beaxh Getaway

I had never been to Tybee Island but the town sounded lovely and I booked a trip for my birthday. This apt is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach. It has a quaint patio and a great vibe. Also pet friendly which made them the best place in town. Highly recommend this host and location.

Great Location

We loved our stay! It’s perfect for a long weekend spent at the beach and visiting Savannah. Had everything we needed and was in walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and beach. The parking pass is a definite plus, we were able to park anywhere we visited on tybee using the pass. Will definitely be back!

This lovely condo was perfect for my visit. It was just me to take some time for myself. I always go to Tybee Island for this purpose. I selected the perfect spot.

Great location, clean, and an awesome host

Loved our time here. The location is great and Jenny was fantastic leading up to our stay. The only drawback was that the unit is quite small so it felt close quarters being inside waiting out storms. If you have no kids and don’t intend on doing much at the unit except sleeping and showering it is perfect and will get you right there on the beach with convenience.

Nice stay on Tybee

The place is as described. It is very close to the beach, and you get a sticker to put in your car for free parking, as there is NO free parking on the island. The room is quite small, but we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. The bed is comfortable and the aircon works well.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the 17th Street Inn. The layout of the room maximizes the available space. It’s small, cozy and perfect for two. The bed is super comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The water pressure was also good. The location is perfect— steps to the beach or a short walk to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed riding bikes around the island. We would stay here again!

Much needed relaxation

Jenny was wonderful in assisting us during our stay on Tybee. From her detailed and prepared check in process to prompt responses to our queries, Jenny is one cool gal. My wife and I really enjoyed the simplicity of this little gem; most importantly, we loved being able to walk just a few feet (roughly 300 ft) to the beach. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy some peaceful beach relaxation!

We completely enjoyed your outside patio, very relaxing, the room was very neat a clean and just right for 2 people. We just wished the Cable TV was better to watch in the evening. Jenny was excellent to work with! Thank You

Location is amazing, very “cozy” quarters

Overall a positive stay, loved the inclusion of a parking pass— it’s EVERYTHING. The location cannot be beaten. So close to beach and Butler and Tybrisa St eateries, bars, and convenience store, and the very excellent Java and Jujce! The studio is cramped. I think removal of some furniture would be great. No use for the antique dresser, oversized chair, and too many dust-collecting items like silk flowers and throw pillows that cannot be laundered between guests. The bed isn’t comfy but it’s functional. I’d be apt to re-book if the mattress was updated, the linens freshened up and the dowdy and dusty extras were removed. The outside courtyard is lovely. Check-in and out was a breeze. Overall a positive experience, just needs a few tweaks to be five stars. Cheers!

Tybee cottage

Perfect location on Tybee! Very short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Easy 20-30 minute drive to downtown Savannah if you’re heading that way. The room was perfect for the two of us. The patio area was adorable and a great spot to sip coffee or relax and read between other activities.
