It was great for location and a good size for our family. Couple of observations, carpet is extremely stained and the the washer is broken. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Sheets weren't changed

Two complaints. No backup rolls of tp. Had to go but some. Second problem is next morning when i woke up i discovered a pair of socks in bed between the sheets and they weren't mine. Left from last guest so sheets were never changed. Yuk. Other than this everything fine.

Spacious Home, But Cleanliness and Communication Missed the Mark"

The home itself was spacious and met our needs for our trip to Orlando, where I was traveling for a competitive cheer competition. With improvements I would recommend this property but not at this time. It was in a convenient location and had enough room for everyone. My overall experience was impacted by a few issues, surrounding communication and cleanliness. I reached out prior to request an early check-in—as my daughter had cheer practice the same time as check in. I was told to follow up the week of my stay, which I understood since availability depends on prior bookings. I reached out again that week and was asked to check back the Friday before arrival, then again on the morning of. Each time, I complied. Eventually, I was told I'd be notified because they were waiting to hear back from the cleaner. I wasn’t requesting a free accommodation—I was fully willing to pay the hourly rate for early check-in. I simply wanted clarity and better communication. No early check in occurred. Upon entering the property, the cleanliness was disappointing. The smallest bedroom had a urine smell. The oven had stains and the bathrooms had an odor, almost like they’d been cleaned with dirty water or rags, and both toilets were dirty. Additionally, the window in the master bedroom had black stains, likely from dampness or mildew.I messaged the property contact with my concerns, but I couldn’t help but think this is what I was waiting for.

Location was perfect for Disney and the Convention center (Universal as well) The size of the place was perfect for our family of 5 and I found it to be a great value. The dishwasher was unfortunately broken and the place could use some small updates (televisions, carpet, etc.) Would consider staying again based on location and value.

Would not hesitate to stay again !

Excellent location to stay for events at the Orange Co Convention Center. Everything went smoothly with the rental process. Condo is spacious, well cleaned, and quiet. It could use a few updates and guest amenities but we would not hesitate to stay there again. AND, be sure to read all the Management signs on the walls in the Condo or you are certain to lock yourself out on the 2nd story balcony.

Great place to stay!

Nice neighborhood, close to everything in Orlando. We cooked every day and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. Comfy, clean spot.

Nice Place to Stay

For what we would have paid for in a hotel, the condo we had was HUGE!!! We did find out that the water dispenser in the refrigerator is leaking from the inside. Other than that, the location was quiet and perfect for our needs. The pool being closed was a bummer

Great location for convention center tournament

Very spacious and clean. Communication was great. Kitchen tools were a bit sparse- had to buy a cutting board as well as a few other things. We left them there for future use.

2 weeks in Orlando

We regularly stay at the Vista Cay Resort. The property is fantastic and you can’t beat the location. This specific condo is a great size and fit our needs. It does need some general upkeep though as the carpets are worn and stained and the en-suite bathroom toilet is physically loose. Also, the TV in the master bedroom is far too small for the size of the room.

Absolutely Perfect!

The property was wonderful! Clean and inviting as soon as we walked in. Quiet and close to the convention center. I had a problem with a television not working and maintenence was there very quickly. I will stay here again if I go back for another conference. Thank you!

More than enough room for a family of 6 with in-laws

The room was plenty big. It had enough beds for our 4 kids and even the grandparents. Another bathroom would have been nice, but the two: full-suite 5piece was enough for everyone to make do. Even the water heater held enough for everyone to take a hot shower after being in the pool for hours on end. The room has been well used, as shown by the small bits of character marks on the furniture and bedding, along with the kitchen accessories like pots and pans and utensils…but all in all, it had just about everything we need to function except being furnished with food. We even used the pool toys in the closet, which the kids loved. In the end, its more like a 4.5+ Star, because of the little details that we had to ensure we didn’t break further.
