Hi Susan Thanks for the feedback. We have been discussing a complete refurbish of the condo with the owner of the property, but we haven't had their approval as of mid-July 2022. So, at this time, the price reflects the condition. We're not sure what the issue with communication is that you referred to. We can sere that you contacted the office on your second day at the property to report a problem, which we responded to and resolved the same day. If there's anything else that we missed, please let us know. We hope that you come back to Orlando soon and visit with us again in the near future.

Hi Katy Thanks for leaving a review. We are sorry that you felt that the condo needed the rugs to be removed. The owner of the condo is planning to replace all the flooring, but that has not happened yet. We will be sure to check and see if the condo floors need to be steam cleaned again. The condo is offered on a SELF CATERING BASIS. The company provides enough amenities in the condo so that you can get through the first day or two. We explain this in the advert. We provide toilet tissue in each bathroom, kitchen towel, soaps, shampoos, body wash, dishwasher tabs, washing machine pods, coffee, milk, sugar and condiments for each guest arrival. IT IS EXPECTED that when you have used all the toilet paper, you will go and buy more for yourself. As a last note - our property manager was glad to have been able to make sure that your children were safe - WHEN YOU LEFT THEM UNACCOMPANIED in the condo after the check-out time. It was only when we eventually reached you that you came back to checkout late and retrieve your children. We were surprised that you were not aware that it is against the law to leave a child under the age of 16 unaccompanied in Florida as you live in Miami. Please do not book with us again.
