Adequate townhouse and convenient location
This place met our needs; four seniors, not needing many fancy features. The stairs to second floor were long - had not taken that into consideration when booking - but we handled it. For a 3 week stay, we found ourselves washing dishes by hand often, rather than using the dishwasher; quantity of dishes and silverware could have been a bit more - we ate most meals at home.
The resort and clubhouse and pool were lovely. Great place to walk. The private pool was small, but a nice oasis - mostly quiet neighborhood. Initially, we had trouble getting the bedroom TVs to work (even the maintenance man was puzzled!), but we eventually figured it out...an instruction 'how to' list would have been welcome at the first. Overall, this townhouse served our purposes. A few cosmetic touches would freshen it up, but it was clean and in working order. Beds were good...lots of pillows. The nightly racoon visit to the garbage box taught us to not put the garbage out until morning...we bought extra trash bags...but the owner could hardly be responsible for that! Overall, a good experience.
