電子レンジと食器洗い機を備えたオープンプランのキッチン/ダイニング、TV / DVDを備えたラウンジ、リバースサイクルスプリットシステムエアコン。 メインベッドルームにはバスルーム、バスルームにはバスタブと独立したシャワーが付いています。 子供用の隠れ家として理想的な、テレビとラウンジを備えた二段ベッドルーム。 トップローディング洗濯機を備えたランドリー。 小さな屋根付きの屋外エリア、屋外の設定、ガスバーベキュー。 駐車場とボートのための十分な部屋。 囲まれた裏庭。

Having the back yard enclosed was great for the little kids. Perfect spot for our look around the Yorke Peninsula. Being able to use the shed was a bonus. Clean and tidy could not have asked for a better place. Would definitely book again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Kev's place was very accomodating, very spacious and had everything we needed. It has been well set up to accommodate big families travelling together. Even better with other part of the family pet friendly :) Overall we had a great long weekend away. We will definitely be back again xx

Absolutely wonderful accomodation

Retro but absolutely wonderful. Beautiful spot & clean and comfortable. Perfect for the family while we spread my parents ashes, such a memorable trip. Allowed pets which was amazing. So nice to have our fur kids with. Highly recommend

Spacious and great location

We found Kev's place to be extremely spacious, clean and a great location for three couples with a few kids. Despite the 70's/80's decor we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed. It was a great location - right near the pub and playground. Would highly recommend it!

Great place

Kev's place is an older home but has very large bedrooms, access to park the boat in the garage, lots of off street parking, fish cleaning facilities, fantastic open plan and a great location. It would have received 5 stars from us but we found the main shower wasn't working well (the ensuite one does though) and the we didn't have a garage key to ensure full security of the boat. Will definitely be staying here again :)
