Great Place to Stay

This is a darling place to stay. It is perfectly located in the middle of town. It is close to restaurants and very walkable. The window in the front room overlooks Main Street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location

Walking distance to hot springs was great. The pullout mattress could use an update. Main bedroom was good. Make sure to bring games.We enjoyed our stay.

the apartment was spacy for two of us, very clean and comfortable: we had everything we needed in the kitchenet, living room and the bathroom.

Great Stay Great Location Great Memories

Wow what a an amazing place to stay. The condo is extremely well equipped making it a home away from home. It is so close to many great eateries. Literally seconds away. The views from the windows and balcony are beautiful. What a great launching pad and place to recoup for all Pagosa has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet scenic dntn Pagosa

Loved the upscale layout, great bed, and hot shower. Great for the two of us and could easily put a couple kids on the living room pullout. Walkable in town near the hot springs and a coffee shop bakery next door all for a very reasonable price :)

Great stay & location!

Loved the condo. Super clean & cute. It's right off main street, so it's close to restaurants, shops and the hot springs, enabling us to walk to everything. We came for our anniversary weekend and it was perfect!

Loved location

Very spacious and loved the location, deck and high ceilings. The bedroom was great. Kitchen has everything needed and living room comfortable as well. 1 chair would not lean back . Looks like many have hit the all with the chair. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back

We had to leave in the middle of the night due to rude loud people in apartment 202. I’ve never had to leave a place before, it was unbelievable. The house itself is extremely nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s is a great location and Pagosa is a cute little community.

The “newly renovated downtown condo” has a great location & delightful covered balcony. Bathroom & living area behind an easy chair in need of paint where worn off. Rugs looked they needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Such a Vibe

Took a weekend away with my friend, her daughter, and my dog. It was WONDERFUL. We were relaxed and enjoyed walking everywhere including to the hot springs.

Great Location

Nice place in the middle of town. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning. Just a walk to the hot springs!

Great location and nicely appointed.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, the condo was very comfortable, nicely decorated and we loved the upgrades. The location was great for walking to several restaurants, shops and the hot springs. The bakery next door was excellent, we went there every morning. The best pizza place is Rosie's which is located about 4 miles away as well as a great Mexican Restaurant Chavalos Taqueria in the same location. We also liked the Riff Raff brewery. We're looking forward to coming back to explore more of the area.

Excellent location, not newly renovated

This property is located within walking distance of all the attractions but it isn’t newly renovated. Couch has stains, one recliner is broken, one of the blinds in bedroom doesn’t work. It was adequate for our stay but newly renovated is not the best description.

Property was fine except for a few things inside the condo. The minute we walked in we could smell mildew/mold coming from the bathroom. I discovered the smell was the shower curtain. I'm not sure the shower curtain was an actual shower curtain, as it is fabric and water does pass through it. It is VERY orange at the bottom and stiff once dry. The inside paint near balcony door was literally flaking to the floor.

Pre-July 4th getaway

The location is ideal, walking distance to breweries, food, shopping, and hot springs. It was a weekend getaway to enjoy the hot springs and tour the town of Pagosa. Was exactly what we needed, will probably hike next time vs the hot springs.
