Everything was great and the condo had what we needed for the length of the stay. We liked the close proximity to the bakery and ease of getting to the ski mountain from the closer side of town!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the main street ( nothing to do with condo; just the location) created fair amount of noise. Location is very central so close to many shops and eateries.

Such a great layout. Very stylish. Quiet and located in a very quaint old town location close to great restaurants and coffee houses. Would stay there anytime! Also had one question come up while there and the owner responded within 5 minutes. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great stay in Pagosa.

Great condo, has everything needed for a good stay. Be careful getting out of the tub, it’s a longer step down than you realize lol. Within walking distance to everything.

Overall, a good experience and great location! Very cute layout and well furnished. There are steps to get up to unit and in unit (6-8 steps). The following comments are just things that we felt could be better and contributed to 4 stars. Road construction in front of property made walking to restaurants a bit challenging but obviously not owner's fault. Bring your own coffee. My wife said bed was okay but it wasn't comfortable for me. Unit could use some paint touchup.

This condo is in really a great location in Pagosa! It’s within walking distance of great restaurants and the downtown area as well as the Hot Springs. Check-in was easy. I received all the info that I needed a day before we left for our trip. The kitchen was nice with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was tastefully decorated. The condo, overall could use some touching up with a new paint job and the walls between the bathroom and the condo next door were paper thin (we could hear our neighbors). Also, it would have been nice to have had a “heads-up” on the construction on the street in front of the condo.Overall, it was a great stay for the listed price!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable place on Main Street. I meant to leave a note. Several TV remotes needed new batteries. Also, instructions to connect the remote to the TV’s would have been helpful. Certainly a mini inconvenience and did not reflect on our experience. We would stay with you again!

You need to let people know about construction the day we arrived there was no water we drove 14 hours couldn't bath or cook anything tell the next day after 10 o'clock.

Cozy condo in great location

We had a great stay in Pagosa Springs. This cozy condo was perfect for our weekend. Right on the main drag near all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Riverwalk and hot springs. Exactly as advertised. Reasonably priced and the reserved parking spot behind the building made it very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The place was convenient to everything in Pagosa Springs. Everything worked well, and the place was furnished well enough to cook anything we wanted. Comfortable bed and laundry in unit made the stay great! Would come back to this one in a second.

Overall, our stay good. Normally it would be a great location; downtown, close to resturants, but the street just outside of the apartment was torn up and the access was made more difficult. The other things that were not ready were the sheets were piled on the bed, and it was not made up, In addition, the tv remotes did not work. First, it was the one in the living room and after it was fixed the one in the bedroom quit working.

Great Place to Stay

This is a darling place to stay. It is perfectly located in the middle of town. It is close to restaurants and very walkable. The window in the front room overlooks Main Street. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location

Walking distance to hot springs was great. The pullout mattress could use an update. Main bedroom was good. Make sure to bring games.We enjoyed our stay.
