My apartment is on a top floor of a building that has a lift. You can walk to the center easily ...
I completely renovated myself in 2013. It has an amazing terrace with quite a view of sea & part of a mountain. It looks exactly as in the pictures. As it is on the top floor is very silence, you can hear the sound of sea with open windows.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds( 2 m long.)
There is one bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is very comfortable full of light and well equipped.
The lounge has a sofa, TV & DVD display.
WIFI
Sheets & Towels are provided and change once a week.
If you need Cleaning service please ask for conditions.
There are two parkings near the appartment...Txofre & Cataluña. Txofre offers deals for more than two days parking..Bermingham street 26.(150 m from appartment)

It's the Penthouse!

Carolina calls this an apartment, but it's really the penthouse. There's a fantastic view of the Bay of Biscayne - the beach is a short five minute walk. The location is good for exploring San Sebastian - close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, ATMs and parking. Old Town is also a short walk away. The apartment is modern and well furnished. There's no air conditioning, but the open windows kept us cool. Check in/out was simple and Carolina was available, if needed. I give this property my strongest recommendation.

Beautiful views, lovely apartment

Carolina’s two-bedroom apartment with lovely surfers’ beach views was our home for several days in September. Carolina met us there when we arrived and was a thoughtful host. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, and features a beautiful balcony overseeing surfers beach. We didn’t miss a single sunset. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby. A short walk to the old town. I even did a load of laundry. Highly recommended.

Perfect Place to Stay in San Sebastian!

Four of us stayed here for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! We had plenty of room and the location was amazing. We loved the patio from morning to night. It's beautiful and modern, with almost everything you could need. I would only suggest they supply some beach towels and chairs. Other than that, every detail was great - plenty of towels and the bath items were a nice touch. Check in and out was easy with Carolina who was easy to communicate with the whole time. There is no A/C, which did not bother us as we are from California beaches and don't have it either. There were fans that cooled things off and we loved the windows open to enjoy the sounds of waves crashing all night. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay - I will definitely be back!

Ocean view, great location

This apartment has great ocean views and a neat and clean modern feel. You are on the 7th floor with an excellent lift and next door to a very nice cafe. It is located in the Gros area which is a very short walk across the bridge to the main tourist area and only a few steps from a great walking promenade along the ocean. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The living area has an open plan and plenty of space to spread out. The best part though is the balcony with ocean views and comfortable chairs for an evening glass of wine or two. We would definitely stay here again ok our next trip to San Sebastián.

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf die Wellen mitten im Szenebezirk

Nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt diese wunderbar renovierte Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden und falls mal etwas fehlt, gibt es das ganz sicher in einem Laden direkt um die Ecke. Ein Auto braucht man bei dieser Lage nicht. Allenfalls die Nachbarn könnten gegenüber tropfenden Surfern etwas toleranter sein.. Wir hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub mit super Wellen.

Outstanding. Highly recommend.

First of all Carolina is the perfect host. She is responsive, competent, and knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The location is perfect in a cool neighborhood in the Gros section of San Sebastian. The apartment had a nice patio that overlooks Zurriola beach. I give this place my highest recommendation. It is in a very good spot, you can go walking to the old part of town (5m) where you will find all the bars and pintxos you want...
It is in front of the sea, so you can have breakfast or eat in the terrace enjoying the views.
The appartment has all the home appliances you need for your stay and WIFI.
In case, you need something extra we can talk and see if its possible..Wait for you!
