The property manger never responded to my question about parking. Screens and windows were difficult to operate. Overall was very pleased with the location. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four stayed here for 8 nights with my mom and stepdad. Great condo with nice large rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Good location, especially if you have access to a car to get to shops and restaurants. Nice to have a working fireplace and mud room for skis, boots, coats. Shared sauna and hot tub also welcome and never too busy. Just right for the price.

The location and size of the condo was perfect. We liked everything about it except for the beds. They weren't that comfortable. So didn't sleep that well. The beds are just a little old. The hot tub was gross!!! We called the property manager the first day we showed up about it and had to call the next day cause it still was not cleaned. It did finally get cleaned so we could use it on our last day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The furnishings are quite old, but the space is roomy and everything was very clean. We only had two working burners on the stove, and the dining table light was intermittent. The wifi was intermittent as well. The timer on the sauna needs to be fixed because currently it must be held in place with duct tape. The beds were comfortable, and there's a pull out in the living room sofa we did not know about. We would still likely recommend this place to a friend but would like these items to be fixed for us to stay there again.

Super close to the mountain.

The property is a bit dated. But everything still worked great. And they really had better water pressure back in the 80's.

All bedding especially, needs change! Comforters were thread bare, pillows stinky. Everything needed to be upgraded!! Doors and windows broken and wouldn’t open.

Good value and location

The condo is reasonable condition and is very functional. 3 BR, 3 BA with 4 bath vanities and sinks makes it very nice and private for 2 or 3 couples. Kitchen is very small but functional. Dining table too small for 6 people however. A very good value for the money. We would rent it again.

Powder Summit 2020

We are a group of hoteliers who have been skiing together for 10 years and staying at ski hotels in Park City and Vail. We decided to ski Sun Valley and chose to rent units instead of hotel rooms. Being colleagues and friends we valued that each room had a private bathroom and a king bed. The unit works great for location and privacy. We will rent this unit again.
