2025 Matariki

Overall property was great, clean/tidy and very suited to our needs.Communication with the property manager was a bit slow and we werent told that the hot water needed to be switched on upon arrival - so had no hot water until day 2.

Thank you for your feedback Michael. We're glad to hear the home was clean, tidy, and suited your needs for Matariki weekend. We’re sorry to hear about the delay in communication and the issue with the hot water. The hot water switch should be clearly noted in the arrival instructions, and we’ll review this to ensure it’s more visible for future guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back again. Reputation & Resolutions Coordinators

Great, comfortable, spacious property.

Great, comfortable, spacious property. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot water upstairs wasn't working however the Bachcare Manager got on to the problem and fixed it right away although it was a weekend.
