Small but cute

Cute property with easy beach access. No cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, extra toilet pape ect so bring your own. Enjoyed our stay.

The proximity to the beach was the highlight of the stay. The place is cute, but it is kind of falling apart. There were massive cracks in the ceilings and in some of the support beams that were concerning, and you could tell the floor was uneven. It also could not actually lock from the inside. We spent the majority of our time on the beach, so I didn’t care too much, but if we had needed to spend more time in the unit, I think it would’ve been a problem.

Just ok

Listing showed hot tub as an amenity, which is why we chose this listing over others. No hot tub, host answer “if there was a hot tub there would be photos”. Pretty disappointing. No batteries in tv remote. No access to streaming services as listed. Two wash rags and four towels, for four guests. Not sure you could actually sleep 8 comfortably. Lighting inside and outside flickered constantly. Location and beach access were nice. Clean, easy check in and check out.

Beach house

Very relaxing. Clean. Did not know it was attached to other houses sharing a deck and wooden walkway/bridge to water. Not bad though but prefer being separate. Next time I’d rather have the house in front of one we had. It has nothing between it and beach. Loved being this close to water and not far to walk down to water. House is stocked but did not have paper towels or trash bags. Mosquitoes were really bad around car area but not up stairs on deck. Plan on returning.

Memorial Day Staycation

It was an easy access to the house and to the beach! The bedrooms are upstairs so be prepared to walk up flights of step yo the house and the to bedrooms. The house had all the amenities that you needed! You don't have to take that many things to cook with!

Great location

We enjoyed our weekend at the beach. When we arrived there were men in our house fixing the ac. There was no trash bags, barely any soap and no paper towels. If I would have known, I would have brought my own.

Beach View Community Beach Homes

Our Thanksgiving plans fell through last minute so we decided to spend it by the beach. I went on VRBO and search beach view that allowed dogs. I found several listings available. I loved the view from the picture and the inside of the house. I thought I was renting a house but it was not a house. I was very angry about the description on VRBO. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The property manager, Paul, was professional, super responsive and accomadating. The unti was clean. They have three condo type homes attached to each other and a separate house on the same lot. They are all connected by walkways that leads to the beach. This unit is two stories with a patio on each level. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the second level. One room has queen size bund beds and the other room has a queen bed with the view of the ocean. They did not have hotel style shampoo and conditioner so you may want to bring your own. The stacked washer and dryer is located in the kitchen. There is a half bath on the first level. There is a private outdoor shower, picnic table, chairs, and assigned parking. We had the privacy we wanted until our last day. A family checked into the unit in front of this unit and they had 5 kids. This is a great rental for adult kids to bring their families. They can have their private space yet have shared space. I am definitely saving this property for future rentals. I suggested asking for one of the other two units if you want more privacy.
