Hello Lise, I apologize for the motor sound. I was not aware that you had that problem, maybe it was because the elevator was not functioning properly and it was making that sound? The building administrator shut down the elevator and ordered new parts, most probably the sound will go away once the elevator is fixed, we're hoping to receive the part this week. The elevator problem is a common area that I don't have much control of, but we tried to address it as fast as we could. The part was ordered but the manufacturer is in Spain, that's the reason for the delay to get it fixed. Either way, I apologize that you had that problem at night; we will fix it and correct it. You and members of your group asked for the exact location and for the restaurants around the area before booking. I sent you the instructions on how to locate the apartment and the location of the restaurant you were asking about;. based on your questions, that's EXACTLY the area you wanted to stay. We always try to get our guests everything they need; we always reply with any questions or concerns as soon as possible. Hopefully this was the case with you. Thank you!
