The condo was just the right setting for us to host family for Christmas dinner. The layout, dining area and patios, along with a kitchen perfectly suited for the event, all the necessary dishes, flatware, glassware, and appliances mad for a near perfect luncheon. Proximity to reputable markets was a big plus.

I came to phoenix for cancer surgery with my adult children, and I was here for 10 days, We all loved out here! so relieved by how amazing it is. Every aspect worked perfectly, great neighborhood, quiet, easy to find, close to everything, just is an excellent place to stay, easy check in no issues, super fast response from the host about any questions. Super Clean, has everything we needed, the MOST comfortable bed and pillows great AC, relaxing and well kept/ decorated atmosphere. Felt so safe and relaxed here, so thankful for this wonderful place. I would definitely stay again if I came to the area. Smells great in here, very good condition and clean, everything needed is already here so much better than a hotel. Definitely impressed.

Nice accommodations

I am happy to report that this rental is clean and is well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cooking gear. The appliances are newer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Finally, the location is close to everything- grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants.

Lovely

Lovely central area. Easy check in and out and great parking! This was a great place to stay! I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the condo has a strong scent of cleaners and maybe mildew? We loved staying here and would recommend!

Lovely Condo

The complex is beautiful with Palm trees and flowering bushes and a large swimming pool. The condo is a comfortable 2-story with 2 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and leather reclining chair. There is a private outdoor dining area in both the front and the back. The location is perfect; a grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our stay and will definitely be staying there in the future.

We were sent specific arrival details to give us access to the unit, however, the staff locked the screen door so we had no access to the entry key pad. Took them over an hour to respond to our request for help. After we finally got in everything was fine.

Nice Rental

Spent almost 3 weeks in Scottsdale. This condo was perfectly located...several restaurants in walking distance, but the 115 degree heat encouraged me to drive. Same for not using the pool or grill...just too hot. The only downside was the AC was very loud. So loud that I had to adjust the volume of the TV whenever it turned on or off, but otherwise, a nice place.

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Great location. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Very quiet. Had some minor issues and the property manager responded immediately and corrected the problem we had. Great customer service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Fall weekend stay

Great location for our needs. The unit is well furnished though the bath towels should be upgraded. The air conditioner is very loud in living room but we didn’t need it much as weather was prefect.
