Family vacation

I was thrilled to see the house looked exactly like it’s pictures. It exceeded my expectations. The views are beautiful. Sunrise and sunsets in the Outer banks are breathtaking The house was very clean and well maintained. Hot tub was cleaned on our first day there and is right off the main bedroom with a great view of the sound. Read the blue binder on your first day where it gives you all the information you will need regarding the house and surrounding area. This house has everything. Kayaks, beach chairs, fishing poles, life vests, beach toys, corn hole. Kitchen has everything you will need regarding appliances, pans, plates, glasses, etc. We used the pool and pickle ball court located just as you turn onto the street. Pool was clean and the bathrooms there were well maintained too.

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Location of property is fantastic. The major highlight is the personal dock and outdoor amenities. This was beautiful and well kept.Maintenance was just okay. Sink and garbage disposal had problems, and we spent over an hour troubleshooting internet issues with tech support.Property is listed as no pets allowed. My son has pet allergies and it is very important to me when booking that I am only booking accommodations that do not have pets. While listed as no pets, clearly the owners have pets. Which is perfectly fine, but this is key information for me as a renter when deciding on properties.
