The house was beautiful and location was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet and we truly enjoyed everything about the area. Shopping, food and entertainment was all very close to the home. The only complaint was that the hot tub was not working and we didnt learn that until we had already booked and paid. However, that didnt take away from the other "greats" of the house.

beautiful place

The house was great, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, plates and such. Nicely decorated, great location, clean, and a nice pool. Quiet neighborhood, .5 miles to the beach.The mattresses were not good and not comfortable. Some are very thin, and some are of low quality. The posting states that they only provide minimal bathroom supplies. Still, the host should reconsider and provide enough toilet paper for the number of guests and the duration of their stay, so the guests don't have to pack toilet paper or need to go to the store. The same goes for the garbage bag, for which only one was provided. We had to go to the store to buy a box of garbage bags because we needed two extra ones. These are minor complaints that can be adjusted without a considerable expense, but they will hugely affect the guest experience.

UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS

***READ*** This property is listed as "heated pool"! It's click bait. Myself and two adult daughters needed a nice getaway. The beds were absolutely terrible. The master bed is like someone bought it at a thrift store! The phone calls I did make to 30a, well the staff were rude. We would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. We have been coming to this area for 15 years. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else!!!Upon arrival the pool was literally ice cold. I had called 30a rentals and asked if the pool heater was working and I was assured it was. It wasn't and on top of that they said it's a 50 a day charge!

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our whole family—kids, adults, and grandparents. The location of the house was great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with a nice walk to the beach.

Good, but not great

The location was fantastic (close to beach and activities) neighborhood was awesome, and communication with the host was good. The house really does need a deep cleaning, though. Especially, the bathrooms. With a deep cleaning and some updates (rusted closet track door in primary, for exp) this could be a stellar property. Overall, we had a good time.

Fun in the Sun

All over a good stay only wish I knew where to get to beach with seniors and handicap access. Front door could be opened by 2 yr old couldn't lock it from inside so had to barakate,and last day Tues they cleared the lot right next to pool loud and dusty. But home was nice plenty of the things you need. But everything was just great for our family visit

Family vacation

This was a nice property. The grill really needs to be replaced. It would also be nice to have more pans for cooking, skillets especially. We really enjoyed the stay, nice neighborhood. Didn’t really have communication with property manager, so didn’t rate this!

Cute house with a pool

Great place for a family to stay. The neighborhood was cute. We loved having the bikes available with the property to ride to Seaside and the beach. We really liked that the street was right across from beach access. We did have an issue with the pool heater not working on arrival. Management had a repair person out a couple days later to fix it. The pool was nice but felt that it and patio could have been a bit more clean on arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Just meh…

We really wanted to love this rental house because we always love staying in this neighborhood but it is in desperate need of a deep clean. The floors had hair all over them when we arrived, spider webs all over the ceilings & under tables & beds. The walls/doors/baseboards could use a good cleaning/paint. The stove top was cracked. The couches are stained. The pool was pretty grimy looking & the pool light doesn’t work for night swimming. When we asked how to turn on the heat for the spa we were told it is an unheated spa…didn’t see that in the listing upon booking the house. On Sunday I sent an email to the rental company asking some questions about the pool & had no response so we called them on Monday & at that time we also informed them of the cleaning issues. They offered to have the house cleaned for us but at that point I had already bought cleaner & cleaned the necessary areas myself. Overall, the location, bikes & having a private pool were nice & the house could be really great with a little work.

Idyllic vacation home

We loved the property and it was very comfortable for everyone in my family, from two college students to grandfather who is 90. The heated pool was wonderful, and the rooms were clean and bright. We loved the neighborhood, just a short ride to the beach. Highly recommended!

Good, not great

Just me just start off by saying that we had a great week. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It is a 12 minute walk to the public beach access. We went for Spring Break 2022 and it was busy but not crazy busy like I anticipated. We did use the included bikes one day and took them throughout Seagrove and neighboring Watercolor. I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. I enjoyed staying at this property with a few exceptions. at the mínimums. 1 trash bag 1 paper towel no spray to clean countertops, cleaning pods, etc. All would have been fine had I known. Also I bought heated pool option . Water was not as warm as I expected but the kids were able to use it every day (last week of March). There were several water spots on the ceiling, a few mold spots on the pool deck, and a few other more cosmetic things that didn’t appeal to my taste. The bedrooms are cramped as previously mentioned in the reviews so I knew that going in. Unfortunately, I cannot say that we would stay here again. But for the price, location, and booking last minute, we had a great trip and made the most of our time together, which in the end is the goal.

Perfect Home

My husband and I prefer to stay in a home with a pool on vacations and this house did not disappoint. Check in was super easy, the house was in the back of a nice, quiet neighborhood and was exactly as listed. Like many other reviews noted, the bedrooms are on the smaller side but the living room and kitchen made up for it. We have plenty of room to enjoy meals. The pool was even better than listed. It was shaded and quiet. We’re already taking about when we can come back.

Beautiful beach oasis

The home was perfect for our week stay! About .5 mile walk to beach access and we had a spot right at the water every day. We preferred that access spot versus the other more public areas. The house was a great open layout and fully equipped with all you’d need to enjoy the pool and cook meals at home. We had 3 young kids and it was perfect walk to the beach, totally doable. But they also had adult sized bikes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House

The house was perfect for us. So clean and the living space was nice and large and open. The bedrooms were very small, but we only slept in there so no big deal. Loved the screened in pool! We paid extra for heating and noticed the 2nd day it didn’t feel very warm and they had someone come out quickly and fix that. It wasn’t a bad walk at all to the beach, but if you have younger kids, may want to consider a golf cart or other transportation. We also used Beach Butlers while there to have our groceries in the house upon arrival and while a little costly, we would do that again. Only advice would be to take your own knives if you plan on doing a lot of cooking (they have a set, but not that great). But really no complaints. 30A Vaycay was great to rent from and will def plan to rent from them again!

Great property quick golf cart drive from the beach

Nice property, as listed and described. It is a little further from the beach but we found it pretty quick to the beach. The detached garage was perfect for keeping beach items and store the golf cart rental for the week.

Great Getaway

The property provided the perfect getaway for Zoom/Remote learning getaway. This clean, beautiful home was just right for our family of four to be able to work and school from the beach with afternoons in the pool. The only issue we had was the internet going out twice, but easily fixed by unplugging and plugging the router. The neighborhood was quiet. Property management provided great communication for our stay.
