Thank you for taking the time to review our rental property. We are truly sorry for any issues during your stay, and we appreciate you letting us know so we could make your stay more enjoyable. We will certainly pass your comments along to our property management team so that they can make any changes and updates as needed. We hope to welcome you back to Kiawah in near future.

We are sorry to hear of any continued disappointment with your stay. From our records, we see that a concern regarding the porch railing was brought to our attention and immediately addressed by our team. Regrettably, it does not seem that any other concerns were reported. Should you have the time and opportunity, we would be happy to hear more about your stay so that we can ensure we are addressing any areas of concern.

Thank you for your feedback! Regrettably with the pollen and weather as it has been, it is difficult to keep all of the exterior areas cleared. I do see that a request was put in on Thursday night of your stay, and a member of our property management team was able to come clean the exterior areas on Saturday morning. We hope that you were able to enjoy your stay and time on the island!

Thank you for your feedback! I have passed your comments, along with your previous email providing further details to our property management team to address with our owner as needed. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and time on the island!

We are truly sorry to hear that you did not thoroughly enjoy the home this time around. I see that you did leave comments regarding the cleanliness of the home in your arrival survey, at which time our team member reached out to see if you would prefer to have someone come to reclean. Regrettably, there was no reply. As stated in our rental agreement and listing of the home, pool heater do have issues keeping up when temperatures outside drop below 55. If our guests prefer to have the heater remain on (as are team member stopped by to confirm that it was), we are not able to provide a refund as the heater is still using gas to attempt to get to optimum temperature. We hope that these details help clarify, and are always happy to assist in correcting any issues that are brought to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and the home. I have passed your comments regarding the rug to our property manager to investigate and address as needed.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The pool is services and cleaned each week, and unfortunately the overhanging trees occasionally do result in some debris. I have passed your comments to our team to see if there are any other tools we are able to provide to assist our renters throughout their stays.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and the further issues experienced in the home. I see that we were notified of kitchen towels and kitchen drain stop being needed and issues with the stove. We brought the items requested and have our technician come to look at the stove. When it seemed that the propane was low, we contacted the company to come fill it as soon as possible. We do work to revolve issues to the best of our ability as soon as we were made aware of them (maintenance, cleanliness or otherwise). Unfortunately, it does not seem that we were made aware of any further issues with cleanliness. We will advise our team and housekeeping partners to ensure a better experience for future renters.

We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! It is always lovely to receive such positive feedback. We noticed, however, that your review only left one star. If there was anything that we were not made aware of during your stay, please let us know so we may attempt to correct it for future renters. If there was nothing wrong, we hope that you can contact VRBO to alter the rating from one start to five so that we may encourage other families to enjoy the home as you have!

Thank you for your feedback. Please again allow us to apologies for the issues you experienced during you stay. Be assured that our team was in communication with the gas company each day who ensured each day that the gas would be refilled on that day. We are evaluating this information with the owners as well. We are glad that we were able to an adequate financial solution in this case. We hope we have the opportunity to welcome you at a later date and present you with a better overall experience, free of this circumstance.
