This unit looks terrible, the walls are scratches, the tiles broken, the granite is broken, when we check in we had to clean this unit ourselves, plus there are cockroaches living in it!!! We lacked kitchen equipment. no hairdryer, iro….;( I do not recommend!!!

The view is stunning! The elevators were very fast and the water pressure in the showers was AHHHHMAZING. The house could use some updating. The beds and tv stands need some TLC but we weren’t there to lay around in the condo all day so we weren’t really bothered by it.

Desperately Needs updating. Great location

We would definitely stay at Ocean Villa again but not this unit. Here’s the plus and minuses in our opinion. Negatives Minimal/cheap kitchen cookware and silverware. End tables, dressers are very cheap particle wood and partially broken. Granite around kitchen sink broken in two places. Tops come off of some of the kitchen and bar chairs TV in living room has lines running down one side. Holes in the wall behind 3 of the doors due to no door stops. Patio furniture on the balcony is VERY rusted and cheap. Lack of up keeping emphasized by a totally shredded dry rotting welcome mat on the balcony. Had to take two videos of the room to be sure they don’t try to blame us for any of the issues. Positives Great location and view Comfy king beds Nice new refrigerator Granite in kitchen(couple breaks around the sink though.) Excellent water pressure in the showers. AC works great

I like ocean villa condos but the room we stayed in this year had cheap dressers in the room that’s made from particle board. There was a pillow with blood stains, bed skirt had rips, walls were dirty and scuffed. The room we stayed in last year was way better with nice furniture.

Looks like the housekeeper sweeps all the trash under the beds, I tripped over the carpet because it had a flip on one end, there was blood stains on a pillow, markings on the wall and cheap particle board dressers in the rooms.

Decent.

Pros: Amazing View. Comfortable beds. Quick elevators. Great water pressure. Easy to get to the beach. Parking isn’t a pain. There’s a closet with quite a bit of extra beach gear. There’s a daiquiri shack across the street! Cons: Couch desperately needs to be replaced. Rusted balcony furniture. Poorly built/falling apart furniture inside. Kitchen pots and pans is extremely limited. Kitchen light was great when it came on (sometimes we had to flip the switch multiple times for it to come on). My email told me to go to the HOA office for my complementary parking passes but guy told me that they should have been left in the condo and tried to charge me $20 each. When I contacted vacasa, all they said was that I needed to pick up passes from the HOA office. We ended up risking it and parked without them. Overall, it wasn’t awful but could have been better.

Great view, broken furniture

The beds were really comfortable, the view was great (AMAZING BALCONY), and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. The kitchen was lacking in working appliances (only 2 burners worked on the stove), and the kitchen chairs and coffee table were literally coming apart. We did a lot of cooking in the room, and the lack of mixing bowls, large skillets, etc. was frustrating, but nothing we couldn't work around. Not luxury, but definitely a great trip in a workable, clean space.

Not as pictured!

First off, the pictures that VRBO has posted of this property is deceiving!! The furniture is either broken or falling apart. The patio set is rusted to the point I couldn’t tell you what color it is suppose to be and it’s falling apart as well. We arrived at 4pm to check in and walked in on a woman still cleaning the condo. She said she was almost finished just dusting everything down, okay no big deal.. We took our time getting our things then headed back up. Walking into the condo it looked like a half done cleaning job. There was a half eaten brownie in the floor by the mini fridge, brownie crumbs all over the end table, the rugs didn’t looked vacuumed, nothing was dusted, there was built up dirt/dust and wrappers under the couches/beds (probably haven’t been cleaned under in a while), dirty bathroom mirrors, hand prints and smudges on both sliding glass doors, the outside patio table looked as someone sit on it while putting on sunscreen leaving prints all over it. Overall, very poor cleaning! However, one of the managers named Sarah came over and re-cleaned it herself after work hours. She was honestly amazing and very understanding! The photos listed are in serious need of an update just like the furniture at the condo. The view and location was amazing. Just wish I would’ve known exactly what I was renting for the week so I could’ve chose something else.

Recent stay in Panama city

View was great. Would have been nice to have had more cookware to eat in more but there were no pots and pans. Also ran out of toilet paper, only roll was in bath rooms. Overall a good experience but areas of improvement exist in availability of kitchen equipment etc.

Needs updating

Nice property but the furniture definitely needs updating. The lamp and table in the living room were both broke upon arrival, the tv stand in the bedroom by the balcony was not correctly put together. The front eye on the stove did not work. The table and chairs on the balcony were rusted. Also the first day there a man with the property management burst into our condo as we were trying to get to the door saying he wanted to make sure everything was ok. The second night after we had went to bed, people were trying to get in the door saying that was suppose to be their condo!!

Bad service

Bad customer service and the property was not cleaned well. Amenities mentioned in the list were missing. Broken appliances, water drainage issues etc made the vacation time unpleasant and discomfort

Was ok, but not the perfect place inside

Upon arrival several things needed to be fixed. Microwave face was broken, Fridge drawers cracked, iron busted, outdoor patio light broke, patio furniture rusted bad and broken in some areas, most of the indoor furniture outdated and peeling from Wear and tear and age, ceiling fans in both bedrooms was broke and taped together, couch broken in middle to drops down when sit on it, multiple repairs and updates needed. Was not worth what I paid for the stay, pictures made it look better.

Beautiful

This property is beautiful and very spacious and up to date. Perfect condo for our family vacation.only one little problem the air wouldn’t getting cool as we would have liked for the hot weather but overall everything was nice .
