Location - Location - Location

Had a fabulous one week stay with my family. A 10 minute walk and you are at the beach! Everything was either in walking distance or a short drive. We look forward to coming back again.

Perfect location

Our stay was great at this property. Mike was very flexible with us and communicated with us well. The rental was just a few blocks from South beach, and very close to restaurants. The rental had all that we needed. The king bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the property. Thanks for everything Mike!

Great Location!

This condo is centrally located - convenient beach access a couple blocks up the street as well as an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Newer appliances are a plus. Condo is older, but spacious and comfortable. Host was accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. Thank you, Mike, for an enjoyable stay!

January in Paradise !!!

Stayed at Michael's condo in Grandview along Collier Blvd. on Marco Island. Great unit, plenty of space, beds and furniture very comfortable. Grounds were very well maintained and no hint of damage from the hurricane. Pool was nice and warm (new heater) and the other residents of the Grandview could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Would stay there again.

Close to beach and quiet

First time on this end of Marco and enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness. Condo was clean and the whole property was nice, with tennis courts, a pool, parking, and other amenities. Beach entrances were nearby and it was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants too!

Perfect Location

This is really a perfect location on Marco Island. Away from all the busy retail areas but close enough to walk or drive. Beach access is a short walk north. Excellent walking, running or biking sidewalks heading south which ends at a loop and brings you back on the other side of the main street. Probably 1.5 miles in all. Really perfect. Quiet. Condo has really nice screened-in balcony with small ocean view (but it is there and really nice in the morning). If I went back, I would definitely rent here again (or at least in this general area).

March getaway

The condo is in a very nice building very close to beach access locations. The pool and hot tub area is excellent. The condo was very efficient for us with a nice view of palm trees and some ocean. The place is a little outdated but suited our needs, good price and good location. The kitchen was great for quick meals at home and we Could walk or bike to most everything, covered parking for your car was a plus! The owner is very responsive To any questions. The folks at the complex were very welcoming, there is an elevator and a shopping cart for bringing in groceries! We will be back, very comfortable and very quiet - good sleeping! Close to the water activities and we recommend the beach access to the south we saw dolphins every day right from the beach! Close walk to the Sunset grill excellent food and atmosphere for sunsets!

Great vacation spot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First time visiting Marco Island and using VRBO. This condo was very clean, great location and friendly neighbors. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation or someone looking for a peaceful/relaxing place next to the beach. Looking forward to coming back!

Nice place!

Old style, specious and very clean in a very quiet building. Spectacular view from balcony. Nice pool, spa , picnic area...My family's stay was great and price very affordable.

Great location!!!! Great price!!!!

We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to most of our destinations. The ocean view was an added perk. The owner was great to work with and was available for all our questions. We would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Awesome, relaxing condo!

Condo has everything you need, from beach towels to kitchen supplies. Convenient covered parking and close to everything Marco Island has to offer. The owner, Mike, was great - quick response time and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for a couples or family beach getaway!
