Home away from home

Great place to stay. They had everything covered you would need in the kitchen, bathrooms and for the beach. Felt like you were staying in your own home.

Beautiful home and property

Loved our stay in this clean, quiet home. Fantastic lanai and pool, well stocked kitchen and baths - even found sunscreen! Hope ti be back again.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Convenient

This property has everything you could possibly want! Comfortable beds, warm pool, amazing outdoor space, close to shopping and restaurants! It was super clean when we checked in and there was even a chilled bottle of wine waiting. The owners checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and were so kind! We will absolutely stay again!

Amazing pool, awesome communication

The house was wonderful, stocked with most the little things we needed for the week. The pool was amazing, perfect Lanai area for our small children and baby!

Family vacation in Cape Coral

Our stay was great, the house and pool were just as wonderful as the pictures portrayed. We had a minor AC issues but the owners were quick to have someone come out and fix it. I would recommend this places for anyone wanting to enjoy a fun vacation in Cape Coral. Close to plenty places.

Wonderful

We were in Cape Coral for our grandson's high school graduation. This home was by far the nicest we have ever booked. Our hosts did not miss a thing, from welcoming snacks, plenty of bath towels, basket of beach towels, pool toys, etc. to lovely decorative touches and so clean! Will definitely stay here again! ☺️

Great property!

What a gem in Cape Coral! Great quiet and safe neighborhood, short distance to any beach you choose to spend a day. The property is beautiful, every detail is thought through, has all the needed items and more. It is tastefully decorated and supplied with cute furniture, bedding and towels.Pool is a wonderful addition with the pool cage that protects from any predators and insects. Outdoor area is a beautiful extension of living room with outdoor tv to spend the time outside in the warm weather. We enjoyed this great feature, very special for us, the midwestern people coming in a middle of the winter.The property owners were very attentive and providing information on time.Overall, a great experience, thank you Deb!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool in Cape Coral

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus über Weihnachten. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz für eine Familie. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist auch toll. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Sunshine and relaxation

We were very happy with this beautiful home and would definitely stay there again. We enjoyed being welcomed with a basket of snacks and drinks when we arrived. The home was comfortable, very clean and well-stocked with a variety of condiments. We loved relaxing on the lanai while the kids swam in the pool!

I give this place the name of fabulous five because I would rate it higher than 5 stars but that isn’t an option! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and yet kind of right in the middle of it all. Didn’t really Have to go to far to find what you were looking for! The owners were very nice and checked in and made us very comfortable asking any questions we would have and very prompt as well! Literally had everything we were looking for and will guarantee this won’t be the last time we stay at this fab 5 home!!!

Amazing home to hang out and relax in Cape Coral

As soon as we walked in, we can all feel it - that we got lucky and found something special. It was a very open layout: bedrooms on one side and all the living space --- a lot of living space all over the house. There were 8 of us: 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids between 7 and 13). So much room that we didn't even use the dining room area. We had meals either on the kitchen counter or outside patio. When we were "home" and not sleeping, most of the time was spent by the heated pool area for both the kids and the adults. The kids did enjoy the pool toys and floats that were available to us in the garage. They swam first thing in the morning and late at night. The adults hung out on the patio; there was very comfortable seating and we enjoyed the smart tv - just music from youtube - that was able to slightly drown out the noisy excitement and fun the kids were having nearby. The owners definitely thought of things that would come in handy for families - even if we were planning on visiting the surrounding beaches: such as all the beach towels, 8 beach chairs, and even beach toys. There were plenty of other amenities in the kitchen as well as the bathroom (can't believe they even had q-tips). The kitchen was stocked as well with everything imaginable. The screened in pool with pool toys and pool lights definitely kept the family entertained. Our main reason for visiting was to be in closer proximity to various beaches in SW Florida and we did visit some of the recommended beaches that the owner's had laid out in the binder (Sanibel Island did have nice seashells - but I was even more surprised by what we were able to find in Lynn Hall Memorial Park Beach and The Pier at Fort Myers Beach - where we spent an entire day - 12+hours). The reason for visiting Cape Coral was to be within driving distance of the beaches... but this home was definitely one of the highlights of our visit and it even had what we needed to enjoy the beaches (towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.). I definitely would want to come back.

Spring break

This home exceeded our expectations in every way. The moment we walked in the frustrations of the days travel instantly evaporated. I thought it was so kind they had fresh flowers, wine, water, Capri suns and some snacks to hold us over until we got to the grocery store. As a mom- this was HUGE. The home was spotless- I’m a type A person and the organization and cleanliness throughout appealed to me. Our absolute favorite memories were made on the lanai. The pool was gorgeous and consistently a perfect temperature. I appreciated the communication from the host and we were thankful to make so many memories here. Another huge perk of this property- we brought our 83 year old grandmother and it was very accessible for her with her walker. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Just like home

My family and I had an amazing experience at this home in Cape Coral! When we first walked in my 11 and 15 year old immediately ran out to the pool and were screaming in excitement. I was overjoyed at the kitchen and the cleanliness of the home. The patio was a huge hit for us all! My husband enjoyed grilling with us all being able to be out there with him. The master suite bed was very comfortable. We all commented on the nice sheets and blankets especially the extra snuggle blanket in each room since we didn't allow our kids to bring there's from home. Great pool towels and pool toys are already there so no need to pack. (just a tip though- walmart has cheep tubes and such also) Just small touches that made our stay nice. Going to the beach was a breeze as we found chairs and umbrellas in the garage- and there's nothing like being able to do laundry ESPECIALLY after beach day! The neighborhood this home is in is SO quiet- we kinda felt bad being loud on the patio ;) We walked around at night and its so easy to have your kids ride bike or walk because there's hardly any traffic! Also so close to so many good places to eat and shop! We would definitely stay at this home again.The ONLY thing we wrong if i HAVE to say is that we did end up having to clean the dishwasher filter out as it was very smelly and dirty. Not everyone knows about that though and so it was a simple fix. There wasn't any large trash bags/liners in the home but we had so many stinkin sacks from walmart we just re-used those :) LH

Amazing vacation home

We enjoyed a week long vacation with 4 teenage girls. The house was a perfect fit for us. The outside area is by far the highlight for us. Much time spent outdoors by the pool. We also enjoyed the nice kitchen area for cooking and talking around the island. Thank you for allowing us to use your home. Communication was also wonderful!

Needs a little help. But nicely updated in kitchen and living room.

The house was nice! The outside of the home was great. We cleaned the vents at the house because air flow was limited. The bathrooms had a funky smell to them. Overall we would rate this home a 3.5.
