The apartment views are something else!!! The sunsets are stunning.The apartment itself was well equipped but could have had a bigger oven, not just a counter top grill type. The fixtures were adequate but needed updating. For example, the master bed felt warped slightly, so when someone got in or out, it banged onto the floor.The bathroom is modern, however the toilet is situated in an odd place, so if you were a bigger person (luckily we are not), you could struggle getting up and down.We would personally have added bars to the twin bedroom window, to allow the window to be kept open on really hot nights, as this apartment doesnt have an option for AC.All in all, a lovely stay and well worth the monies paid.The owner will answer questions promptly and is very helpful.We borrowed the beach parasol regularly and there are also toys and a few amenities left in rhe tall washing machine cuoboard. We also left some bits like cream and washing powder for the next client. The reception is lovely and Judy is a gem.The Pool Shack - run by Paul and Michelle is great. We highly recommend the food and drink there. Service with a smile and friendly banter : )Highly recommended apartment in a beautiful area of Puerto Del Carmen old town.Thank you Åse.

La piscina genial. En la recepción fueron amables. El complejo está cuidado. El apartamento está bien pero con algunas mejoras. Aunque tuvimos dos días y noches muy calurosos, los ventiladores del techo están muy antiguos. Son más de decoración que efectivos. La mesa del balcón no está en condiciones, al igual que las tumbonas ( muy gastadas). Cuando llegamos había un pequeño sofá en el balcón totalmente roto. Por otra parte, la puerta de entrada no se puede cerrar con llave desde dentro. A tener en cuenta si tienes niños pequeños.

Es ist ein tolles Apartment mit einer guten Ausstattung und atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm und die Lage top. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein paar Dinge könnten mal ersetzt werden. Zudem könnte es meiner Ansicht mal eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Die Reinigung zwischendurch war top, ging nur nicht in die Tiefe (Ventilatoren abstauben, unter den Betten etc) Vor Ort hat sich die Verwaltung super um alle Anliegen gekümmert.

Couldnt fault this lovely flat, it has everything you'd require.very comfy bed , clean and airy.and very good terrace..Fantastic view with binoculars provided used them a lot watcjing activities in and out harbour The only "wee"problem for us ii is on a hill and a goid number of steps down to pool which is a lovely area with great snack bar, but considering we're both relatively fit in out 80'swe managed it was worth it!!!walked down to town and taxi back not expensive 5. ...

Good location for access to buses & coastal walk to Puerto Calero & supermarketLovely views from balcony, plenty of space even for 4 people & plenty of storage. Towels & sheets changed regularly during our16 day stay. Lovely pool & pool area. Lower ratings given because 2 apartments nearby were being completely gutted with noisy drilling during the day & less parking available due to builders & skips. Fans were very dusty & washing machine not used because it was very smelly,due to it being shut in the cupboard. Apartment would benefit from some updating & tlc.However we did enjoy our stay.

Brilliant complex

We’ve just arrived back from another stay at Lago Verde this time we were in apartment A6 as with all apartments the views from the big balcony are stunning. The pool bar is excellent and very well run. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and everything worked perfectly . A6 has a good sized safe too which some others don’t have. The communication was great with Åse as we required access earlier than normal so no problem with this. We would return again without hesitation as Lago Verde is our favourite place to stay in Puerto del Carmen.John and Joyce

Winter break random trip

Excellent value for money we've been coming to this area for 24 years since kids were born usually stopped in villa but only 3 of us on this trip so went with a apartment Ase is a brilliant host with contact etc and bargain apartment with fantastic views and lovely pool great bar n cafe with the reception guys and Paul in the bar cafe doing brilliant lovely chap we loved it and will return... Just me and my wife though in the new year we're hoping lol

Lovely break at Lago Verde

Lovely apartment, with superb views. The apartment was a good size, with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped, also a comfortable lounge area with TV. Nice size balcony overlooking the pool and the views over the harbour and out to sea. Great communication with the owner Ase and easy access to apartment on arrival, was also able to have a late checkout, which was very helpful. The complex is very nice and reception & pool bar staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Only downside was lack of air conditioning, especially for trying to sleep.

Property large, comfortable and clean, Terrace is amazing Views out to sea and over the harbour, Lago Verde complex is brilliant, everyone so friendly and helpful, pool bar is great. Stayed here few times cant fault it, I will be back, Ase the owner makes booking easy, nothing to much trouble.

Appartement spacieux et agréable avec une vue magnifique. Une résidence très agréable avec facilité pour se garer, piscine très bien entretenue, ambiance très sympathique. La propriétaire est très disponible et répond très rapidement aux demandes. Une semaine magnifique et parfaite au Lago Verde.

Lovely comfortable apartment on fab complex

Beautiful views from the balcony terrace overlooking harbour and sea. Fab location up the hill from old town, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Complex great, fab pool and pool bar. Lovely people. We will be back again.

Excellent week

Apartment and complex is as described. Everything you need for your stay. Very family friendly. The pool bar is run by extremely nice couple. Have a little shop pretty much opposite the apartment and a spa shop 2 mins round the other side. Supermarket 10 mins walk as is the old harbour. Only slightly negative comments on apartment is that due to the lack of air con a couple of stand fans would be great. In side note you can hire them from reception for €20 per fan for the week. But unfortunately they only had one normal desktop fan available for our week during our stay. Also the internet was very slow. Couldn’t cope with the firestick for the tv we brought with us kept buffering and son said same with playing his switch online. The windows could also do with a catch/hook mainly in the front of the apartment as very windy and couldn’t have the front bed room window open during the night as kept blowing wide open. As I say small observations. Barring this apartment is excellent. Ase is easy to communicate with. Would be more than happy to recommend to people to stay here and to return.

I am from Norway, and me and my husband have bought this apartment because we love Lanzarote.

We have been visiting Puerto del Carmen for more than 30 years every year. Most of the times we have stayed in Lago Verde. We liked it so much that we wanted to buy an apartment of our own, and that we did in spring 2011.

We bought A6, with the most beautiful view. We have done a lot of upgrading with the apartment, and will all the time work for making it perfect.

We have past 60 years, and we visit the Island a lot.

You are very welcome to stay while we are not there.

Puerto del Carmen has charm of its own. It is beautiful with the mountain and the sea. It is very clean here, and it has a calm and relaxing way of being. The location of the property is close to all facilities, the beach, restaurants, shops and other thing you want for a holiday. You don't need a car. It is also only 10 min drive from the airport. Everything is very easy.

The property has a stunning view. You can look all over the area, 180 Degrees.
The sun is shining from early morning to late evening. Sitting in the evening to see the sun go down behind the mountains with all it glorious colours are fantastic.
Waking up in the morning to this glorious view on the terrasse is belive me, the best start for a day.

The terrace are located right up in front of the swimming pool. You can easily look at your children or others you might want to see.
