So glad you enjoyed your stay in our beach house! There are so many things to do on site it's just the perfect spot for families with children. Since I live only 30 minutes from the beach house, I make it a priority to be sure my guests have everything they need to make it a special vacation.

Thanks so much for choosing our house for your vacation this summer and so happy you had a great time!! You’re so right…. It’s always best to rent from a local owner as we are always available and quick to respond to any needs you may have while on vacation. Your comfort is our number one concern, no matter how big or small. Thanks again, Dave!

Thanks so much for spending your Halloween vacation with us! This is a great house in so many ways. We look forward to hosting you again in the future😎

Thank you so much for choosing our house for your beach vacation, Melody! It was our pleasure to host you and your precious fur babies 😊 Glad you enjoyed all the amenities we have to offer. It’s great to have such a large house that all of your family could stay together and enjoy the beach. See you again next year😎

So glad you all enjoyed your stay! We do our best to be sure the house stays in top condition for our guests. The car passes are what the community requires, not us, and it’s the way they make sure no one is inside the community except registered guests. We have so many amenities to offer and it draws lots of people. Thanks for staying with us and can’t wait to have you back again😊

So glad you all enjoyed your stay! Can’t wait to have you back again next year😎

I'm glad you had a pleasant stay in our house other than the change in the beds. This was an upgrade with brand new beds that allows for sleeping for 16 people instead of 15. Instead of two separate twin bunk beds we now have a bunk trundle bed with a twin on top, double on bottom, and a double pull out trundle bed. It's much more comfortable and gives a lot of extra floor space for the room. The other room now has two twin beds which also gives more floor space. I apologize for not not letting you know ahead of time. I certainly should have done that. I'm so glad everything else was great for your stay and we hope to have you back again in the future.

I'm really sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay in our beach house. Yours is the only 2 star review out of about 50 5 star reviews. The deck has been upgraded and is brand new so this is actually a GOOD thing! I will certainly change the picture to reflect the new deck. We are a one minute walk to the beach with no traffic to cross, not directly oceanfront. We're in a great location for guests to use many many amenities plus the beach being only steps from the house. For the price of our 5br house you could hardly get a one bedroom hotel room. Our rates are excellent compared to others. Again, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay but stating the pictures don't reflect the house is based only on an updated deck. This will be corrected and I appreciate you letting me know it bothered you.

Our area is a great place for families of all ages. We have many things for all ages to enjoy plus the beach just steps from the house. We take great pride in our house and want all of our vacationers to have a wonderful week with their families. However, you cannot make everyone happy. We have 39 reviews and all are 4 and 5 star reviews except this one. I hope you'll take this one with a grain of salt and consider all of the others as a collective picture of what you can expect when you stay with us. You'll really enjoy your stay!
