Great location in the heart of Rosemary Beach. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and a toddler. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time, so we could not take advantage of the rooftop space. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and utensils. You’ll need to buy spices (except rosemary) if you plan on eating in. Hope we can come back and really enjoy Rosemary Beach in good weather!

The location and living space was amazing. The patio though....wow!! We ate breakfast out there every morning, we relaxed on the couches, and enjoyed the sunrise from the bedroom windows.The kitchen is the best stocked we've ever seen. Bathrooms were incredible. Couches and beds were comfortable. It truly felt like being a guest in someone's home, and not like being in a rental. We laughed that checking in was a bit like a fun Escape room game, but responses were fast and helpful! Mainly where to park and exactly how to operate the elevator- the unique elevator code was a first for our group of 4!On that note, communication with and from the rental agency was above and beyond expectations. Amenities were top notch - 4 excellent pools with comfy lounges, a great fitness center, gorgeous beaches, great shopping and dining options right outside the building. Lots of healthy restaurant foods - we enjoyed every dinner out. The 4 bikes included with the rental completed our perfect experience. Rosemary Beach is such a cute location to casually explore by bike.We highly, highly recommend this location.

We wanted to love this property but it was in sore need of maintenance and cleaning. The location was great, just wish it would have been clean and had everything working so we could have fully enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place and really enjoyed the serene patio! Such a great beach, bike riding was fun, boutique shopping and delicious restaurants. We really appreciated the security along with having a garage.Our only wish would be to have an umbrella and at least a couple chairs for beach included.We will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!

Gorgeous property, fun location!an

This property had every amenity you could want! The rooms themselves were excellent, clean and stylish. All of the appliances and fixtures are updated and made for a really luxurious feeling stay. The location is in a super fun area of Rosemary beach, lots of shops and restaurants within a few steps. The location on the back of the building provides quiet and privacy when you want it as well. The walk to the beach was easily managed by everyone in our group, from 3 to 60 years old, and the route included a lot of cute shops and places to stop in the shade if you needed to. We would highly recommend this property, and would stay here again to experience even more of Rosemary Beach.

Family Beach Vacation

My wife and I brought our almost 2 year old to the beach with my parents for a wonderful week in Rosemary Beach. You simply can’t beat the location, right on the square and a 5 minute walk to the beach or pool. The property is fabulous and the roof deck was amazing for relaxing after long days in the sun. We will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent—great space, clean, great location, responsive staff. Upon check-in, there were several codes to obtain key, get into building and operate the elevator. It was confusing at first, but we figured it out. We would stay again.

Quick weekend!

Great place however it was hard to find at first and then the elevator was really confusing and had no instructions. We finally figured it out on the 2nd day of 3. Also, the master shower mysteriously lost hot water for several hours. Other than that it was a beautiful, clean place that was in a perfect location for the weekend we wanted!

Wonderful condo in Rosemary Beach

We rented the unit with another couple from Dallas to attend a wedding. Several other couples were also staying in RB and we invited them up to the balcony for a glass of wine before the wedding. They were wowed. Cannot say enough good things about the unit. Reasonably priced, spacious, immaculate and a quick walk from the beach.

Good stay but some things could have been better!

The place was beautiful, clean and match the pictures posted. Outside was a bit dated, and due to nature of furniture, it was almost always unusable as overnight dampness made all cushions too wet to sit on. The place didnt have toilet paper enough to last for a 3 day stay. There was a coffee machine enough to make only 4 cups of coffee. So we hd to keep remaking it. There were Keurig machines but no Keurig cups provided. When you message them on VRBO you get an automated message which is super frustrating. There was discrapency on what vrbo listing said the check in time was and what time we could check in. The fact that its a beach location and there are no beach towels (although disclosed) is a bit inconvenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we would prefer to stay at a different place managed by a different company next time. The place didnt really provide the convenience of staying at a vrbo vs a hotel in our view.

Great central location, perfect for families

This property was probably one of our favorites so far in Rosemary! Great central location with an easy walk to the beach, 4 pools (and we visited them all), restaurants and shopping. Easy parking. Third-floor condo with an outstanding outdoor patio that made for great morning coffee and lovely evening sunsets with the family. The kitchen was super well equipped and we even had a chef recommended by 30A Escapes, which was outstanding… Plenty of living room, dining room space and kitchen storage. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

A little goes a long way…

For the amount of this stay I was expecting so much more. No dressers to store your clothing for a week, no grill or even access to a grill for a nice night in. No plastic tumblers for drinks to the beach. Tired furniture, air conditioning doesn’t really make it to the master bedroom, no access to the storage shed in the parking garage so you have to drag all of your sandy stuff to the condo and walk in sand all week. The shower would be great if all the heads worked, lots of lightbulbs were out.. carrying a key around all week in vacation was very inconvenient, first rental we have had in ages that did not have an auto lock with a code for everyone in the group to have access. Check in process was non existent… I got a text. No welcome kit, had to literally call twice to find the bikes… All around just meh… I would not recommend this property if you are a seasoned vacationer and expect quality… The location was the best part.. Also don’t take your tent to the beach.. not allowed on Rosemary..
