Cozy Studio with sea views and walking distance from the beach

At short walking distance from Port de Sóller harbour you find this Studio situated in a little community, with views to the bay and the surrounding mountains. The studio is located on the first floor (no elevator) and the access is over a staircase with quite a number of low steps. Its location offers a great view of the harbor, and in less than 5 minutes you are down by the marina, with all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and rest of amenities of the area.

The Studio offers a bright and friendly ambience with amazing views from the living-dining room and an open plan kitchen. Opening the big sliding glass front, to the sides, you get a covered terrace feeling and enjoy indescribable views. There is a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.


The Studio is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi, washing machine, oven/microwave, and all the items you might need to spend a lovely and relaxing time in a perfect location.

*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

Virginia was the best manager. Arranged for me to stay a bit late (because I arrived later than expected) & even helped me find the property after I exited my taxi at the wrong set of stairs (12 hour flights are brutal!) the place was cozy & had every amenity you could possibly need. The perfect neighborhood full of wonderful restaurants. Very safe, very obliging, very exciting. (For the rock climbers of the world, STAY HERE! It’s a 5 minute walk to DWS!!!!) 100/10 will be staying here again. Hot water system could use some improvement, but everything else is beyond reproach.

It’s a perfect apartment for a couple who want to enjoy Sóller, it had everything we needed. And the view was magnificent.. Walk up the steps, did a lot of good because we got out of breath every time. So it helped us keep our weight down.

Très bien !Le logement est bien décoré, et bien équipé ! Nous avons passés un agréable séjour !Attention aux familles ayant une poussette ect, il y a beaucoup de marches pour accéder au logement Mis à part ça, la vue est agréable et le coin calme, à 2 minutes à pieds du port !

We had an amazing time in this cozy studio! It was perfectly located in Port de Sóller. We were a short minute walk from the port. The views were spectacular. The studio itself was very clean, cozy, decorated and furnished well. There is proper AC, and all necessary amenities. Accessing the property was straight forward. We did have to park our car on the street as there is no parking included but that wasn’t a problem. The property is located up a flight of stairs so please just be aware of that! Other than that we enjoyed how quiet, clean and relaxing our stay was. If we ever return to Port de Sóller we will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Tolle Aussicht- gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht und die Berge. Leider gibt es die Liegestühle nicht mehr am Panorama Fenster sondern man kann nur auf normalen Stühlen die Aussicht genießen! Es fehlen zudem Weingläser

Belle vue et confort

En voyant les photos avec les rideaux j'avais eu peur que la vue ne soit pas si belle, et bien si la vue est sympa mi foret mi baie. Le petit vis a vis sur le côté n'est pas du tout gênant. L'appartement est très agréable vaste bien aménagé. La communication avec la gérante très réactif. On a toujours trouvé de la place au parking juste à côté.C'était chaque matin un plaisir de prendre le café avec la vue sur la baie et le dîner le voir avec les lumières sintillante sur port Soller. Et l'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la sierra tramontana.

Schönes Apartment mit Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet, hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Port de Soller und eine perfekte, ruhige Lage. Hafen und Strand sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Fensterfront lässt sich weitgehend öffnen, so dass ein Balkonfeeling entsteht. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Zur Kaffeebereitung dient ein Kapselautomat. Von der Straße erreicht man die Wohnung über ca. 90 Treppenstufen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und waren rundum zufrieden.

Amazing location, stunning views

My husband and I stayed a week here for our trip to Mallorca. The apartment is spacious and even better than the photos. The views are amazing and location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking was easy with a free lot close by. There is a hill to walk up and many stairs to get to the property so keep that in mind.

Absolutely amazing find in Port de Soller with fantastic view on the port. The Apartment is bright and very cozy. Perfect for a couple. All amenities were as described. Short walk to the beach all the great restaurants. Needed to contact the owner/management to extend the stay for an additional day. Very easy to deal with and very prompt in responding. Can't wait to stay at this property again in the future. Had a wonderful time.

Great little apartment in Port Do Soller!

Clean, beautiful, and spacious studio apartment in Port Do Soller! Location is amazing (just note you'll be walking up a hill and stairs). Host was super communicative and helpful! Loved this stay.

Great stay in fab location

The apartment was wonderful and just a short 5 min walk down to the port front. We had hired a car and was able to park it in an area outside the apartment with ease on most occasions. Communication with the host was great, she always replied promptly and offered any help where needed. The flat was kitted with all the basic equipment needed- the beach umbrella was a life saviour! All in all it was a great base for exploring the west of the island. We had a lovely stay! Thank you!
