The studio is located on the first floor (no elevator) and the access is over a staircase with quite a number of low steps. Its location offers a great view of the harbor, and in less than 5 minutes you are down by the marina, with all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and rest of amenities of the area.

The Studio offers a bright and friendly ambience with amazing views from the living-dining room and an open plan kitchen. Opening the big sliding glass front, to the sides, you get a covered terrace feeling and enjoy indescribable views. There is a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.


The Studio is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi, washing machine, oven/microwave, and all the items you might need to spend a lovely and relaxing time in a perfect location.

The center of Sóller is a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Only vehicles with a ZERO emissions environmental badge are allowed to enter and park.
