Perfectly private

This was the perfect spot. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The place was very private. Comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. Would definitely stay here again .

I grew up in this neighborhood and returning to the area to look at colleges with my daughter was such a delight. The space is even better in person and we had a wonderful time. There is a lovely courtyard at the entrance. The shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable, and it was extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet and getting into the space was so easy. All of the directions and information about our stay were perfect. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!

Loved our stay

The property was in a great location for us. Just 2 blocks from our relatives. Room was clean and all amenities work out well. The communication was great, the owner checked in with us to see if we needed anything and was very responsive. I would highly recommend the property

Charming Studio Near Everything

Ground floor studio, small but well-appointed space, high ceiling, 2 windows, lots of closet space. Nice bathroom with very nice walk in shower. Tv, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, wine glasses. Private entrance. Lovely street, half a block from Wilshire Blvd and Erewhon (organic grocery/coffee bar).

I stay at the Ocean View Hotel in Santa Monica was strictly wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were welcome into a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The hotel is not only beautifully maintained, but also exceptionally clean which added to our comfort and peace of mind throughout the stay special highlight of our visit was encounter Joy who was incredibly attentive and kind her friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. It’s always a comfort to stay in a place where the environment is both beautiful and welcoming. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Ocean View hotel to anyone visiting Santa Monica.

Very clean; just as stated in the write-up

This bedroom/bath is as advertised. Great location, very convenient to some good restaurants and stores. A stiff walk to the ocean, but that's OK. One recommendation. The lighting in the bedroom is harsh. There are no bedside lamps for reading. I did appreciate the little fridge. It served my needs perfectly. Paula Evans

Perfect All Around

I am now IN LOVE with the area because of how safe and easy this stay was. Check-in and Out instructions were smooth and clear. Communication was easy if needed. Parking had no issues. This is close to all types of stores and the beach! The home is gorgeous and will definitely keep this on my list for when I need again! 10/5 stars

Absolutely lovely

My stay at Contemporary Suite in Santa Monica was lovely. The room and bathroom were as pictured and described. Everything felt clean, fresh, and new. The bed was very comfortable. The property was lovely and relaxing. Parking was always easy to find, despite the time of day. Elian was always easily reachable. He contacted me a couple of times to make sure that all was well. I felt very taken care of. Couldn't ask for a better situation. Thank you, Elian and family, for hosting me.
