Trop vétuste par rapport au prix demandé

Beaucoup de choses ne sont pas au standard attendu pour une prestation à 86 euros/ nuit , voir même certaines prestations ne sont tout simplement pas présentes. 1.Il n’y a aucun WIFI dans l’appartement ! Le WIFI « public » est dans le hall de l’immeuble . ( attention, nous avons eu une tentative de fraude). 2. Le canapé ( sofa ) ne permet pas de dormir dedans Il est complètement usé , fatigué , sale, terni par le soleil. 3. Accès au parking privé : Nous n’avons pas eu accès au parking privé. Le propriétaire nous avait prévenus après la réservation , mais n’a rien proposé comme alternative, comme dédommagement . Et il est très difficile de trouver à parquer devant l’immeuble en juillet. 4. Equipement : Que ce soit le mobilier , l’électroménager , la baignoire , l’équipement de la cuisine, tout est d’une grande vétusté. Le micro-onde et le grille-pain rouillent !Certains ustensiles de cuisine ont jauni . Le fond de la baignoire est fissuré. Les tiroirs de la cuisine et de la chambre ne coulissent plus. Les assiettes sont ébréchées. Le fond des casseroles est dessoudé . Après échange avec le propriétaire, nous avons compris qu'il n’en avait strictement rien à faire des avis des clients . Aucune proposition de sa part , sauf nous dire d'annuler notre réservation . Lisez les avis laissés par les autres locataires ! On ne peut pas se contenter uniquement de l'accès facile à la plage. Ne faite pas la même erreur que nous : Lagos c'est super, mais dans un autre appartement.

Cracking Spot, Cracking View - BUT NO WIFI

If you are on a budget and want a great location with excellent parking then this a great place. Not only do you have a great view as can be seen from the details but you are minutes from Dona Ana beach and you have your own dedicated car parking space in an underground car park which is vita in August! The place is on the 5th floor serviced by a lift and there is even a shopping trolley for you to use to put stuff in to take up to the room. The place is sparsely furnished with small/average beds and for a month was too long for us. The kitchen didnt have a kettle and a few other things but when we requested stuff the owner was quick to respond. There is a great fridge/freezer and a decent cooker but minimal kitchen equipment and there are no notes as to what you need to do. However, there is NO Wifi, except in reception. There was limited TV channels but that suited us but if you are reliant on Wifi then this would be a difficult place to stay. For a week or so - just on holiday away from technology and close to the beach, it's great.

Gute Lage und guter Meerblick aber….

Wie wir dem Eigentümer des Hauses mitgeteilt haben, müssen die Küchenutensilien, Pfannen usw. durch neue ersetzt werden. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr gut, es ist eine sehr gut gelegene Wohnung.

Perfect holiday

Great location, great beach, very nice apartment with ocean view. Our host Antonio was very nice, always answered our questions and was very friendly. The house is very clean with an underground garage and elevator. We recommend this apartment at Dona Ana.

Tolle Lage

Strandnah, schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Inkl. Garagenstellplatz. Ausstattung teilweise unvollständig. Schön wäre eine vollständige Küchen- und Badausstattung gewesen (z.B. Handseife, Föhn, Essig, Öl und Gewürze in kleinen Mengen) Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung schön.

Very well located, just in front of the beach

We had a wonderful stay in Antonio's apartment. It is perfectly located, difficult to find better, and we had our own parking spot. Concerning the apartment it was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. The only problem is that we had no wifi whereas it said we would have. He indicated that the wifi was in the hall, but we didn't receive any connexion from the apartment. And when we asked Antonio about it, he never answered for the 10 days we were there. Also, only 1 hotplate worked on the four. They were very dirty and when we were cooking often smoke came out, and we had to turn everything off. Very old hotplate and furniture in general, which isn't important, but when it's not in the standards and it wasn't respecting security it's dangerous and Antonio should change them for the next visitors. Also, the shower was constantly clogged...

super Urlaub in Toplage

Trotz unserer Verspätung hat die Übergabe in sehr freudlicher Weise statt gefunden. Danke dafür. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Früchstück in herrlichem Sonnenschein genossen. Die kurzen Wege zum Strand oder der Comboio (kleine Bahn) waren sehr angenehm. Wir überlegen wieder zukommen. Danke für den tollen und guten Ablauf. Obrigado

Pleasant stay

Was not dirty as other people had previously described. Perfect location right next to the beach. There were loud kids at times due to all the families staying in the same building or the resort next to it.

Séjour améliorable

Cet appartement dipose de quelques atouts, à commencer par son emplacement, idéalement situé à Lagos à quelques mètres de la plage de Dona Ana et proche à pied de la Ponta da Piedade. Il possède une terrasse permettant de profiter de la vue sur la mer. De plus, une place de parking privée dans un garage, est un vrai plus pour se garer du fait de la zone touristique. Cependant quelques bémols sont à relever, la wifi indiquée dans l'annonce n'est pas celle de l'appartement mais celle de du hall de la résidence. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, ce qui fait que l'ameublement n'est plus de toute première génération mais pour un séjour cela peut suffire, le vrai problème tiendrait plus de l'électroménager qui lui commence à être dépassé, comme le frigo qui ne refroidit plus très bien ou le four qui ne fonctionnait pas. Un autre défaut est le nombre peu conséquent de prise électrique. (Une seule dans la chamble et qui est rendu inaccesible par les lits). Et enfin la communication s'est avérée compliqué, nous avions spécifié, par deux fois, notre arrivé à 16h et le jour d'arrivé nous avons eu la désagréble surprise de constater que l'appartement ne serait pas prêt avant 18h... Toutefois une bouteille de vin est offerte à l'arrivée dans l'appartement, ce qui est quelque chose d'appréciable. En somme, cette appartement ne manquerait pas de grand chose pour être plus agréable à vivre afin de profiter pleinement du lieu merveilleux dans lequel il est situé.

Appartement à proximité du magnifique littoral. Un peu vieillot toutefois. La vu est superbe. Le parking sous-terrain est une bonne chose.

Der wunderschöne Blick täuscht. Das Apartment befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses / Apartmenthaus Montana. Alle Eigentümer sind privat. Die Wohnung ist extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden welcher bereits seit längerem vom Eigentümer im 4. Stock moniert und festgestellt wurde. In der Wohnung wird nichts an Renovierung und Instandhaltung getan. Auch der Hausmeister wies darauf hin, dass es immer wieder Ärger mit dem Eigentümer Herr Costa gibt. Wir mussten innerhalb unseres Aufenthalt von einer Woche, zweimal umziehen in ein anderes Apartment des gleichen Eigentümer welches glücklicherweise nicht vermietet war und dann wieder zurück ziehen. Handwerker waren vor Ort und haben die Wohnung schmutzig und staubig hinterlassen und wir sollten dort wieder einziehen. Die Sauberkeit lässt extrem zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Kommunikation war nur bzgl. der persönlichen Belange des Eigentümers möglich. Auf unsere Belange als Urlauber wurde keine Rücksicht genommen.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Wohnung bietet alles, das man braucht um einen Strandurlaub zu geniessen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Der schönste Strand von Lagos ebenso. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komfortabel.

Nettes Apartment , schöne Lage direkt oberhalb des Strandes Praia Dona Ana

Apartment ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen, Möblierung im iberischen Stil, sauber, und viel Stauraum. Die Betten sind "überholungsbedürftig", wackeln sehr und die Matrazen sind schon etwas durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spartanisch. Schön ist die separate Waschküche mit Waschmachine und Wäscheleine.

Avoid If Possible

On arrival first impression was ok,but after unpacking soon realised that the apartment needs modernising, and would benefit from air conditioning. In the bedroom the pillows were smelly and manky and the drawers kept sticking. The shower was really scaldingly hot and needed careful adjustment with the cold tap ( it really needs a thermostatic control). The kitchen was basic but functional but not enough power sockets and no kettle. But the most off putting thing was coming home one night to find 2 cockroaches in residence, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the kitchen. Both were soon dispatched to cockroach heaven. Overall we were very disappointed with the standard of the apartment and would not recommend it.

Nice apartment, good location

We would recommend this apartment in Lagos and overall felt happy to be here. Right in front of the popular beach (2min), about 20-30 min into town center (otherwise it's a bit deserted around with a creepy hotel ruin next door. you would also profit from a car), busses available, small shop and a few restaurants in walking distance. Contact with the owner was quick and reliable. The apartment was mostly quiet, clean, in good shape, situated in a quite big holiday apartment complex. Few towels available but you could bring some household goods such as trashbags, laundry detergent, soap, so that you don't have to buy everything from the overpriced tourist shops. There is none in the apartment. Next big Intermarché is 30+ min walk away.
