The apartment is nicely located, the building is secure and quiet, and the apartment was clean and fully functional. The hosts were wonderful. We really appreciated being met in person and shown the apartment, as well as the added touches like flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful apartment for an extended stay in a very nice area. It was an easy walk to most places, but the neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, great WiFi, and great communications from the hosts. I highly recommend this apartment!

Perfection! We loved our stay in Ed's London flat. Communication was flawless, access could not have been easier, and the accommodations were perfect. Responsive host, great location, comfy bed, nice linens, fully furnished kitchen and very CLEAN! Fresh flowers! We felt as though we had been invited to stay at a friend's home. We celebrated with the kind gift of a bottle of bubbly. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We've used this platform around the world for many years. This experience was quite possibly the best ever. A! Thanks, Ed!

Hi, I’m a born-and-raised Londoner currently working in finance in Southwark and living just around the corner from the apartment. I’ve lived in this beautiful Westminster/Pimlico neighbourhood since 2012 and absolutely love the area for its mix of quiet charm, historic landmarks, and unbeatable access to the rest of London.

As someone who enjoys travelling myself, I know how important it is to find a comfortable, well-located place to stay—and I’ve set up the apartment to reflect that. Whether you're in London for sightseeing, work, or just a change of scene, I’m happy to share local tips and help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.

Looking forward to hosting you and helping you make the most of your time in this incredible city!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this area because it offers a rare blend of central London convenience with a peaceful, village-like atmosphere. Tucked just behind the Tate Britain and steps from the Thames, it's one of the few places in the city where you can enjoy quiet, leafy streets and still be walking distance from iconic landmarks like the Palace of Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and the West End.

What I love most is the sense of community—Pimlico has a calm, residential feel but is surrounded by history, culture, and excellent transport links. You can take a scenic walk along the river, grab a coffee at a local café, and still be at your meeting or museum visit in minutes. The mix of classic architecture, friendly local shops, and proximity to places like St James's Park and Victoria make it both charming and incredibly practical.

Having lived in the area since 2012, I’ve had time to discover all its hidden gems—from riverside paths and quiet garden squares to great local pubs and international eateries. It’s a place that feels like home, and I enjoy sharing it with guests who want an authentic London experience with all the city’s highlights right on their doorstep.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this property unique is its rare combination of space, style, and location. Set just behind the Tate Britain and only moments from the River Thames, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of central London. Unlike many rentals in the area, it features a spacious open-plan living area, a luxurious king-size bed, and a comfortable sofa bed—ideal for families or two couples. The flat is bright, modern, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're here for a weekend or a longer visit. Its position on a quiet residential street, yet within walking distance of top attractions and excellent transport links, gives guests the best of both worlds: a true London neighbourhood experience with world-famous landmarks just minutes away.
