Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was so well furnished and supplied with cooking utensils we were all shocked at how easy it was to cook here because we had bowls and mixers and so many utensils it was unlike any other vrbo we’ve stayed in. There were plenty of towels and the perfect amount of cleaning supplies for us to take care of the home properly during our stay. It was in a great spot too not a long walk at all to the beach. Highly recommend!

Florida rental

Nice comfortable 3 bedroom house in a quite neighborhood. 9 minute walk (or a short drive) to the public beach. Beach was nice although it was a double red flag (no swimming) most of the week. Bring your own beach supplies and TP. Good food and drink nearby. There is no garage access though. Enjoyed our time there. Thanks.

Very nice house!

We enjoy our stay in this beautiful house. It is just a short walk to beach. We had so much much. I just have two complains. 1. The pillows are very uncomfortable, they need better pillow or bring your own. 2. They need better internet service. Some of us had to do online school and work and the internet was going on and off the whole time.

Great location, cute house!

Love the convenient location (quick walk to beach access). The house was really cute, and clean. Only criticism I have is that there was an ant issue in the kitchen when we arrived, but it was quickly taken care of once we alerted management. Living room ceiling fan was broken also, but that wasn’t able to be fixed while we were staying. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Family Reunion getaway

Great accommodations and conveniently located. Quiet area away from traffic noise. Very nice home and comfortable beds. All the amenities of home and a television in each room. Walking distance to beach and a great seafood restaurant, Stinky's Fish Camp. Also, a short drive away is Hurricane Oyster Bar & Grill, another great choice. We would choose this property again if available.

A great family place within walking distance to the beach. If you don’t like the commercialism and crowds associated with some coastal beach properties, you will love this Santa Rosa Beach property within a neighborly community!

Wonderful location!

This property is beautiful and cozy, and a perfect location! Pretty neighborhood and close to the beach and local restaurants. It would be nice, since it’s a beach house, if it was stocked with beach towels,toys...amenities, etc. But that was the only real bummer. Great place!

Perfect Simple Home

We loved the setup of this home! Very open so you can socialize easily, but you can have private space in the nicely sized bedrooms. All the windows made for a bright fresh feel. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower. Short drive to beach, which is spectacular! Nice central location to Edens State Park, Destin, and Grayton State Park. Would definitely rent this home again sometime!

I loved this house. It had everything that my girls and I needed to have a fantastic time. Kitchen stocked and the area is Close to nanywhere you want to go . Plenty of room for all. I recommend it for a girls long weekend out !!! Sept and October and November are the nicest months-'not to hot or cold and water is crystal clear and clam- and the best fishing is just beginning! And the crowds have all disappeared!

PERFECT TRIP!

We had the best stay! There were 5 adults and 3 children. We all slept comfortably. The home was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Outdoor shower was wonderful! Such a beautiful location! We will recommend to others and most likely return again!

You won't want to pass up this house ! It's a steal!

Really enjoyed this vacation. A great beach you feeling house that was simple yet spacious and had everything you need and more. Comfortable beds, new furniture and appliances and basically everything is new. It has what you need to be comfortable but not cluttered with things that you have to worry your kids or you will break . There is plenty of room in the very private yard surrounded by woods. A safe and Protected area for kids to run around, play a game Of crochet or kickball in the yard or basketball in the driveway. It was very peaceful sitting comfortably on the front porch listening to the surf and or sounds of nature. The best of both worlds ! It is really Nice to sit on the porch and listen to a nice rainstorm and surf.Nicely landscaped. . There is a rabbit that visits daily. There is a picnic table in back yard and enough room for a kid pool to fill up in case can't get to beach . You haven't lived until you have experienced the private outside shower with hot and cold water and has solar powered light to shower at night under the moonlight ! A great and short peaceful and enjoyable walk, bike or wagon ride for the kids to go to the beach through a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to everything. Beach chairs and toys in garage. Plenty of room for storing things in garage . Close to great shopping and all 3oA beaches. Baytown is just down the road also. Tons of places will deliver bikes paddle boards or kayaks to anywhere you want to go and they will pick them up when you are done as well. It is exactly 1/2 mile from front door to the ocean no matter which way you decide to go. There are 3 beach accesses. The house is also within walking distance to restaurant Stinkys Fish Camp.. Topsail state preserve borders the access so it gives you miles of undisturbed beach walking- just you and sand dunes -no houses no condos not many people either! This house is perfect for the long term renter that is looking for that home away from home with a beach edge. It is a great place for those with no children as well! Everything new!. You won't be disappointed and the price is very reasonable especially for this area. It is also on the bike trail boasting 26Miles of beautiful Bike paths that go from one end of 30A to the other. Worth a visit !

PERFECT CHOICE FOR THE PERFECT VACATION!

What a beautiful home close to everything! We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to find and stay in this particular home! Not only was it GORGEOUS INSIDE AND OUT, IT WAS COMFORTABLE, PRIVATE AND QUIET! We were able to walk just about everywhere if we didn't feel like driving! SEVERAL CLOSE BEACH ACCESSES to the white, soft sand, of the Gulf of Mexico Beach; wonderful restaurants and cafes; and local shops. The unique, private outdoor shower was FANTASTIC after a day at the beach! What we also appreciated was that we had several grocery store options, a Walmart, and incredible shopping malls within minutes to drive to if needed! We had a GREAT FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, a grill, and outdoor seating to relax and make our own meals when we didn't feel like 'eating out'. And we were able to take advantage of the local fresh seafood shop to prepare incredible meals for ourselves several nights while we were there! The inviting living/dining room with cozy seating, big screen tv, dvd player, internet, and cable, and beautifully decorated private bedrooms and baths made us feel at home! Just a few blocks off the beach allowed us the soft sounds of the waves and nature without all the people when we needed some quiet time! And if you are looking for accessibility to sightseeing, options for family fun, and golf - this house is easy to navigate to and from with close arteries to Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Seaside, and Panama City. WHAT A GEM! RELAXING, GREAT VALUE, COMFORTABLE, AND ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Brought my Wife to the gulf coast for our 33 year anniversary and stayed in this home just 3 blocks off the white sand beaches of the gulf of Mexico. Perfect location. Close enough to the beach to hear the surf all day and all night long. The wonderful smells of a top end restaurant wafting through the neighborhood just two blocks away at Stinky's Fish Camp kept us hungry for a week. Sitting away from the beach kept us in the quietest neighborhood I can remember when we just wanted to relax and not be in the beach crowd. A quiet and secure enough neighborhood that we weren't too shy to use the outdoor shower room out in the back yard, surrounded by live oak and a fence between the home and our only visible neighbor. White sand beaches and public access less than a half mile away. Adirondack chairs on the covered front porch, picnic table out back, wifi within. I can't think of another place I'd rather be. We'll be back this fall when things slow down a bit.

Good Times for sure!

My family and I recently stayed at this home over Christmas holidays. We were searching for something affordable but also close to the beach. We hit the jackpot with this house. This house has everything you will need and then some. The pictures do not do this house justice. Everything in this home is brand new and the beds are super comfortable and the home is tastefully decorated. This house is private with beautiful landscape and mature trees. You can walk to the beach from both entrances to the neighborhood or rent bikes and have them delivered to the house. The bike path is amazing! This house is spacious, well decorated and comfortably sleeps 8 plus as advertised. The outdoor shower is fantastic and should be mandatory in any home near the beach. We used it in December and we loved it! The garage is perfect to store all your beach supplies in and there is even a beach caddy wagon to carry everything down to the beautiful white beaches just a few steps away. I love how you can hear the ocean from the porch but still be secluded enough not to have to be on top of people like you would at a condo. I have recommended this house to my family and friends and if you are looking for a vacation spot with a lot of privacy and tons of space, look no further than this place. You will not be disappointed.

Great place

We loved our stay at this vacation home!!! My family and I went for spring break and had a blast the beach is walking distance. Very clean ! House had everything we needed from pots to toys and extra towels for the beach. My Kids loved the shower in the back yard has even hot water(wow) ! The house has lots of room my family of 8 felt really realax. Have nothing negative to say about this home . If your wanting a vacation home close to the beach this will be it:-) .
