Location 5 minute walk to restaurants @ Sea Trail Golf Resort. Very clean room (s) .Had trouble with Internet & cable. Golf everywhere, and the people friendly.Could instantly tell that resort was high end.

Great family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach condo in Sunset Beach, NC! The location was perfect—very short drive to Sunset Beach and close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was spotless and incredibly well maintained. You can truly tell the owners have put so much thought into making it a comfortable, welcoming space for families. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for a week-long vacation—from kitchen essentials to beach gear and more. Every little detail made our stay that much easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back next year. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We loved the size and location of this property. We forgot our beach towels so we were hoping for some at the property and didn’t have any to use. We would definitely stay again and enjoyed our time.

Would stay again!

The condo was great...clean and very roomy! It felt like home. The location was good as well so that was nice. The owners were very responsive before the stay as well as during when issues with the TVs came up. I would definitely stay again.

Nice villa/location

Nice, clean villa located close to the beach. Tastefully decorated and no carpet which was a plus for us. Good amenities; golf hole right out the back door! Owners were nice and answered all our questions quickly. Would recommend this villa to anyone staying in the area.

The Best!

We've stayed in several condos at Sea Trail. This one is our favorite! It is a ground floor unit located on an end of the building. Great windows provide beautiful natural light without losing privacy. The patio has mylar windows, ceiling fan with chairs and tables and a grill. The spacious villa is comfortably appointed, but not over-crowded. Beautiful furniture and flooring, well maintained. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need. The spacious mini-suite is also beautifully decorated and well equipped for comfort and practicality. Sanford and Sandra were VERY quick to assist with every question and accommodation, and we can't wait for our next opportunity to visit their wonderful vacation retreat!

Sanford and I have loved the North Carolina coast for most of our married life (50+ years) and especially Sunset Beach. We purchased this lovely villa after we retired from corporate life in the greater Chicago area to use as an escape from the bitter winters. We enjoyed the North Carolina climate so much we later moved to the greater Raleigh area. We have enjoyed sharing this peaceful get away with family and friends and now would like to share it with you. Welcome!!

After an extensive search of Florida, North and South Carolina, we chose Sea Trail Plantation Resort in Sunset Beach, North Carolina because it offered the three R's (rest, relaxation and recreation) in a beautiful lush setting. Whether it is morning coffee on the Lani, golf out the back door, swimming out the front door, watching the sun set on the completely handicap accessible beach, yoga or exercise at the convenient Sea Trail Activity Center, everything is close including a wide variety of restaurants (menus available in the villa).
When we are looking for more adventure we head south to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (just 15 miles away) for daytime and nighttime entertainment. Sometimes we spend the day at Brookgreen Garden (just south of Myrtle Beach) enjoying a wide array of flowers and the outdoor art gallery. Also, in the same area, we explore the history of the old South at Hobcaw Barony.
Sometimes we head north to the charming seaside village of Southport, NC. After a pleasant lunch at Fishy Fishy, we board a ferryboat to either Fort Fisher to visit the NC Aquarium to learn about the local marine life or take a ferryboat to Bald Head Island to climb the Bald Head Lighthouse for a spectacular view of the area. Or how about a day deep sea fishing.
