Hello John, thank you for the review

We apologize if the cleaning has not been to your liking, we will report to the cleaning department to improve the quality of service. However, it is an accommodation with an 8.5 out of 10 in cleanliness score and probably the dust that it claims to have found may be due to the work of the neighbor next door. Apologize again.

Thank you for your stay with us Carol. The accommodation does have Wi-Fi. If you have any problem, do not hesitate to call us to solve it, and in case we cannot, we will provide you with a courtesy 4G router. It has been a pleasure having you as a guest and we hope to see you again. All the best
