Thank you for your 4-star review and for choosing Coastal Breeze. We’re glad the location and size of the condo worked well for your stay, and that you enjoyed the décor. Thank you for letting us know. We’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that’s not the standard we aim for. We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing view from room 302 and that overall you had a great time. We apologize for the missed spots on windows and mirrors; we’ve notified housekeeping, scheduled a deep clean, and will reinforce cleaning checklists and spot inspections to prevent this from happening again. We’re also sorry you felt the owners were not friendly. We’ve shared your feedback with them so future guest interactions are more welcoming. If you’d like to share any photos or additional details through Vrbo messaging, we’ll follow up promptly. We appreciate the feedback and hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a much better stay. Warm coastal regards, Gulf Coast Getaways Team
