Everything was nice, location, apartment, living room, balconies , kitchen, bathrooms, pool and spa and very nice books to read!! Beach really close and the view was great . We enjoyed the sunset every evening! A slightly later check out would be greatly appreciated!

Loved this place! The complex was very quiet. The private beach access was a definite plus, and the clifftop views were stunning. The interior of the apartment was spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Stubbs realty management was communicative and easy to get ahold of. They even provided free beach gear like boogie boards and chairs. We will be back!

Solana Beach Get-Away

The property was good from the standpoint that there was a lot of room for all occupants, but the home needs some upgrades to make it more enjoyable. The main living room needs a ceiling fan to help move the air & draw in some of the outside cool area. Parking space was at one end of the property & the unit was at the other. It seems like they could be arranged closer to the unit so not so much hauling of suitcases, groceries, etc. (small thing...but the toaster was so small it would not fit a standard piece of bread) Street access was difficult to get to when walking because gate on South end of Community was restricted/locked. Overall the location within the community was great close to beach, racetrack, etc. We really appreciate STUBBS as the property manager as they are very responsive to our needs & easy to communicate with.

We love Seascape Sur

Overall, the stay was amazing, as usual. The only thing that could have improved our stay was if the bed in the primary bedroom was bigger. It seemed to be a full and the other bedroom seemed to be a queen. It would have been more comfortable if it was at least a queen size.

Nice Place to Call Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was located in a very quiet complex with access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. There are 125 steps down to the beach (counted and confirmed lol!). The walk to the unit is also a long one from the garage. Having two parking spots was great, too! We cooked in the kitchen almost every night, so it was equipped for that, however, the utensils could use an upgrade (some were rusty). The beds and pillows in the condo were in need of an update. The master closet had an extra pillow that was yellow from use, and the beds were not very comfortable. We appreciated the floor fans in each room as the nights were a little warm in July. The management company was very attentive and communicated well throughout the trip. They even loaned us a couple of chairs, umbrella, and two boogie boards. Overall, we had a great stay!

It’s an unobstructed view of Solana Beach. Totally private. -Super quiet -Really clean-Amazing cross breeze upstairs since the property faces west and east-Beds are fine Cons:-Dated -Beach chairs need to be replaced -Pillows are horrible and need to be replaced -Shades in master bedroom are completely see through at night -No coffee or tea-Something smells horrific. We believe it’s the vinyl flooring and since the place has been closed up, the fumes built up. We opened every door and window upon arrival and after 24 hours, it vastly improved but did not completely eliminate the smell downstairs. It triggered my asthma on arrival, so anyone with breathing issues should be cautious or ask the management company to air it out prior to check-in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. The property is open, lots of natural light, spacious, clean and inviting. It doesn't have a view of the ocean, but it does have a beautiful sunrise view from the living room. The property managers are responsive and quick to fix any issues. All the amenities are available and its close walking distance to the beach, some great restaurants, bars and stores. The downside is the parking is a long distance from the front door with lots of stairs, if you have lots of groceries or luggage you will make multiple trips. My only wish was that the primary suite had a king bed and that it had privacy curtains instead of blinds (you can see in at night when the lights are on). Thanks for the great stay!

Restaurants and shops were a short distance away. I enjoyed having close access to the beach and the hot tub. One should be aware there are many stairways on the property. Beautifully landscaped.

Nice location

The unit is more dated than it looks in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Nice decoration/accessories. Very nice pool area and hot tub. Short walk to the beach.

Unit was clean and very well stocked and furnished. Only complaint is the incessant landscaping in the complex. Leaf blowers, chain saws starting at 8am. It is overkill imho. A stray leaf will not ruin my day. Being woken up with a gas powered leaf blower does.

Had a great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very clean when we arrived and the checkin process was extremely easy and non-complicated. It's perfectly centrally located, we did day trips to Legoland, the SD Zoo, MIssion Beach, and Seaworld, all were only about 20 minutes away! The grounds of the complex are very nice with two pools, good landscaping and a stream and ponds that run throughout the middle of the complex. The two bedrooms are downstains which kept them a little cooler. No air conditioning, but we knew that going in to it, so not a problem, between opening windows and using fans it could be kept cool in the eveings and overnight, temps were only to mid 70's while were there. I'd still think that maybe a low provide wall mount AC unit could go it but that's just me. Traveling as a family of 4 with a 5 year old and a 2 year old this place was really good for our trip, the only issue was a few of teh decoritve items which that kids are interested in but are a little to fragile for kid hands and attention. .We were able to keep them away from most of it and move a couple tings out of reach, otherwise no issue at all. Beach access was really easy and the beach was nice and enjoyable, plenty of room to sit and play. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a very quiet community which is great, but maybe not the best place for young kids who don't always use inside voices :) The condo itself was clean and had all kitchen items you needed, except a standard coffee maker. I would have like for the bedrooms to have room darkening curtains and for there to be more beach towels. Also, there is no AC in the unit. You do get a good breeze when windows are open but that isn't helpful when you aren't there or don't want to leave the doors open at night.

Solana Beach

Ants in the kitchen and silverware was not clean. One shower was inoperable (would not get hot). Overall was a wonderful experience nonetheless. Check in was flawless and management was friendly and helpful. The cleaning fee of $250 is a little much when They expect you to take all the trash and strip the beds when you leave. Beautiful property the pool was amazing tennis courts were great and beach access was very close. Again; family had a great time and we would do it again.

My first VRBO experience exceeded expectations. Location, layout and amenities (two parking spots!) included made for a wonderful, resort-like experience! Walking access to all community needs and recreation!! Everything included if cooking/dining in is preferred Great experience/coordination with office and staff.

Great location
