Perfect Location

Our stay at the Palace House exceeded all expectations. We could easily walk to all areas of the old town. We also enjoyed the view of the plaza in front of the building. Top notch vacation rental in every aspect.

We rented the property for 12 days however we did not have any trash bags, had 1 washing machine pod, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 spare toilet paper roles, one for each bathroom. For the price paid, we do feel more supplies should have been provided for the almost two week stay. And the master bedroom mattress was awful to sleep on. We tossed and turned all night and woke up with back pains. Both my spouse and I (in our early 40’s) moved to the bunk beds in the spare bedroom due to the discomfort.The apartment was clean, the location was great and the check in process was efficient. But not being able to sleep comfortably and having to furnish almost all of our supplies for our stay ourselves overshadowed the positive pieces of our stay.

We were well received by the host who provided detailed information on the what we could do in the city, site seeing, food etc. I would highly recommend the apartment as it is centrally located.

My family and I have been coming to this apartment for a number of years now and have never been disappointed. The ApartUp team provide an excellent service , always extremely polite and helpful, the apartment is big, spacious and in a fantastic central location. cannot fault it. Highly recommend.

Located downtown it is walking distance from any place to visit in the town. Alberto was very puntual and available to give us all good tips. The car must be park at 10 minutes walk distance

Our family of 5 had a satisfactory stay during our 11-day rental, although the highly positive reviews seem to exaggerate the property's quality. This is a 3-star rental, with 5 stars for the superb location.The Good: - The apt boasts a fantastic location, nestled near everything and overlooking Palau courtyard instead of a busy street. - Great WIFI & TV, w/500Mb up/down fiber. - Convenience: Elevator works and the unit is updated and well-equipped w/essentials. -Comfort: 2 Mini Split AC units in the mstr bedrm and liv. room keep these areas comfortable (other 2 bedrms lack AC and are warmer).The Bad: - Cleanliness: The apt was not clean, compelling us to clean thoroughly. The couch was dirty. - Check-in: Mixed communication; despite pre-booking the night before our arrival, they initially restricted check-ins to 3-5 PM but eventually allowed noon access. - Shortage of clean blankets, linens, and towels. The mattresses, pillows, and couch (which is broken) need replacing. - Master Bath: shower leaks onto floor, causing water damage. Seals and wood trim need fixing. - Appliances:Washer leaks and dishwasher is extremely loud, unusable while present.- Booking Process: We found on VRBO but rental company moved to their platform for booking and payment which was new for us.- 50 Euro charge to regain entry after being locked out felt excessive.- Mild smoke smell from downstairs apt or prior tenant was not idealLocation makes all of these tolerable. 3 Stars!

Fantastisch appartement in midden ouder centrum van Valencia

Mooi schoon appartement voor 6 personen goed geoutilleerd. (maar 1 wijnglas maar voldoende andere glazen waar wijn in kan) Ligt super centraal gelegen in het hart van het oude centrum. Alles op Loopafstand. Aanrader!

Excellent location and spacious apartment

We loved this home for our family of 4- the rooms are big and bright and the kitchen is complete with all the things you need. The laundry room is a plus. We enjoyed our 10 day stay and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet and comfortable place in the middle of Plaza de la Reina. Management is excellent and will help you enjoy your stay.

Great stylisch apartment at a great location

After a nice welcome with some good tips we enjoyed staying in this lovely, well-furbished apartment in the center of Valencia. Everything you need is in close distance and all great bars and restaurants are around the corner. So you don't loose any time getting some good food, watch all the great places, the cathedral, the central market or whatever. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any family and group of persons who want to visit Valencia. We fully enjoyed it from the first minute to the last one.
