Clean and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Greater Groves community in Clermont just off Hwy 27 with easy access to Highway 192. MILEAGE TO WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES AND UNIVERSAL STUDIOS APPROXIMATELY 23 MILES
You’ll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy Florida like a local in this one level home. The whole family can enjoy the pool for a swim after a long day at the parks. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware and etc. You will find everything you need at your fingertips.
This home features a Primary suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom
Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature two twin size beds each and a shared bathroom.
Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.
Swimming Pool: POOL FACES THE SOUTH EAST. The spacious pool area is fully screened in with sun loungers, table and chairs. Your pool may be heated for an additional fee of $30.00 per day plus tax and must be paid prior to check-in. 72 hours notification is required; contact Titan Vacation Homes for more information.
Additional Features: Free Wireless High Speed Internet.
Parking Notes: NO Garage parking. Parking is in the driveway and holds 2 cars.
One level home Licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and pool safety alarms and/or pool safety fence.
The house is located in Clermont within the Greater Groves subdivision just off Highway 27 with easy access to Highway 192. You will find a Publix grocery store in nearby Golden Eagle Village along with easy access to the Walmart near Cagan’s Crossing. There are restaurants nearby or for even more choice drive down 192 where you will find Target, Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish, TGI Friday’s, Red Lobster and many more including the new Sunset Walk area at the Margaritaville Resort. You’ll also find easy access to the Walt Disney World Resort from Highway 192 which expands your options every further!

Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.

Beautiful pool

We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like a home away from home. We stayed with our child under the age of 2 and the property management had a playpen set up for us. We were easily able to arrange for a grill and utensils for the week at an additional cost. The pool is absolutely beautiful and the focal point of the house. We made a lot of great memories in the pool area. Very private backyard and situated with just enough distance from the neighbours. Misti was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Lovely property. Exactly as described.

Nice place

Nice place to stay when visiting the area. We stayed almost three weeks. House is close to the parks, with restaurants, and shopping nearby. Pool was great. Communication with property was easy with very quick responses. House is on a cul-de-sac, in a nice neighborhood.

Very responsive

Denis was extremely responsive to all of our needs in advance of the visit, upon check-in, and during our stay. He is awesome! We appreciated the vicinity of the home to many of the areas we were visiting as well as the basic shopping necessities.

Lovely place to stay

The villa is in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Loved the fact that the pool was private - villa is very spacious and the owner Denis is so so nice - down to earth and friendly and was very quick at responding to any msgs I sent him. We genuinely didn't want to leave - we loved every minute here and would definitely go back xx

Wonderful property, great location, ideal for exploring Orlando.

Great cozy home close to Disney

We really enjoyed our stay in Orlando in this nice cozy home with private pool. Neighbors are friendly, and the area is quiet. Nice and close to Disney and other local attractions.

Great place to stay with our little family!

We enjoyed staying here in this great QUIET house with our own pool. The resorts get a little noisy and busy for us and it was great to come home at the end of a long, fun filled day to relax by the pool in our own private area. Denis was amazing and was super friendly and willing to help us with all of our needs! Very quick to respond. Would recommend!

We had a nice time here.... you will need to take everything with you aside from dishes, towels and linens.... the kids loved the pool and Denis was one step ahead the whole time! Thank you!

Best Kept Secret

My husband and I really enjoyed this house, it was just the right size for the two of us, having a private pool was wonderful, the location was great, it is located close to all the stores, walmart, publix, and all of the fast food restaurants, Denis the host was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had, would definitely recommend this property for vacation.

Great experience

Our family had a great experience at this rental. The house was just right for our needs. The heated pool was great! Location was great - right at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The privacy in the back yard was great - so nice to be able to swim and relax! Denis was super easy to work with. We had a few questions before booking and even while at the home. He was very prompt in responding and resolving any concerns we had. We were in need of a pak n play for one of the children. He was so kind as to not only supply a brand new one, but to check with us to make sure it would meet our standards before we arrived. We would definitely recommend this home to others and certainly would consider staying here again!

Nice house. Great pool.

We found this house on somewhat short notice and we’re super happy we did. Very comfortable house. Excellent pool and deck space. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Dennis, the property manager, is extremely friendly and was very helpful throughout our stay. This was a pleasant and entirely hassle-free experience.

Excellent home, close to Disney

Beautiful place, very clean, excellent location, and the property manager was immediately available. Quiet neighborhood, located on a culdesac. I told my wife this was the best vrbo we've stayed in, an we've stayed in many in several different locations.

Wonderful villa - we loved it

The villa quite lovely. They come in and it's clean and nice. Smells fresh and it's fine furnishings everywhere. Then you come out to the pool and the pool lovely. Out there, we ate both breakfast and lunch. We can not complain about anything, because there was everything we needed. Close to all the parks and we had close to several shops like Walmart, Lowe mm. I have told friends and THE FAMILY what a wonderful villa we got our hands on, we just loved it. I do know where to stay next time I go to Orlando. We had a wonderful vacation the whole family. Absolutely brilliant villa

Dennis is a man of his word. We found no faults with his beautiful villa and had a wonderful time relaxing in an amazing accommodation . Swimming pool water crystal clear, outside south facing eating/entertaining area was magnificent. This was I particular difficult year,thank you Dennis. Tommy&June
