Great beach view

Stayed at the property for two weeks and was worth it. Very clean and organized rental. View from balcony was an amazing view of the ocean and the roof top pool was the perfect place to watch the sunset!

Great location, great condo, host allowed us to check in a little early which was a huge help since we had our pup with us and didn’t want to have to wait in the car for 2 hours. Clean, very quiet unit. Will definitely stay here again for future visits!

Canceled 24 hours before our stay

They called and canceled 24 hours before our stay. Very short notice we had already paid. They refunded our money. Did offer a different place but would not have been ocean front so we declined.

Our apologies for the unit being uninhabitable on short notice. Unfortunately, the HOA had a construction issue that could not be helped. This was out of our hands. We did offer and alternative property for your stay. It is disappointing that the alternative unit was not desirable to you. We never want our guests to be unhappy. Full refund was issued. Loved Gulfside

We loved our stay at Gulfside. The location was great with the balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. The condo was well furnished and clean (except for the sand - you are on the beach). The overall complex is small which made for easy access to elevator, pool, workout room and beach. The unit is also pet friendly. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful Beach Experience

Staying in Gulf Side Unit 402 was an awesome beach getaway for our family. The view from the condo cannot be better. The water, sand, and occasional dolphin siting were stunning. The condo was convenient, clean, safe, and roomy. Having a beach umbrella and chairs set up each day was a plus. Many activities, stores, and places to eat are nearby. Great family memories were made during our stay.

Wish We Were Still There.

What's not to love with the amazing view and the constant sound of the waves. It was a joy to see the dolphins. There were a couple of minor maintenance items that were corrected promptly. Had it been available we would have stayed there again next year.

Amazing View and Beach Access

I loved how private the condo is, there's not very many units so the beach is not overly crowded!!! The rooftop pool is an awesome spot with the perfect view of the water as well. The balcony view is great so you can always see the water even when you're inside. The Condo itself had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

condo was very clean and well stocked. Condo was right on the beach! very little walk.. View was unbelievable... chairs and an umbrella are included.. as is Wi-Fi.... our unit was 2 bathrooms.. which made all the difference when you have girls!

Great Stay

Great location for a family vacation. If you want quiet, relaxing and no crowds this is the place. We had the pool to ourself for several days. Room was great. Everything worked appropriately. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Great view. Easy access. Only downside was parking. If you have a bigger vehicle (we have a Tahoe) then it can be a little snug parking under the building.
