Bijou and perfect!

Well equipped and furnished, good location. Great little apartment. We loved it - especially the terrace! Dish towels for kitchen and paper kitchen roll would be good. Also more info on where to put the garbage. One of the wooden loungers was rotten. Smart TV would be a bonus

Great Apartment!

We absolutely LOVED this apartment! We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for my husband and myself. The apartment was clean and well stocked, the terrace added a whole new dimension to the experience, the rental company was very professional and responsive and the location can not be beat. We kept saying how it was the best location in Cadiz. Right in the centre and no more than a 5 minute walk to everything, beach, port, cathedral, shops, restaurants. Thank you! We're already planning our next trip!

Ático cómodo y amplio

Un ático que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias agradables, con buena ubicación para moverte a pie a la playa de La Caleta y al casco histórico. Un plus es que tenía 2 sombrillas y 2 sillas para llevar a la playa, lo que nos vino genial. La atención y comunicación con las chicas encargadas siempre fue amena. Tiene cerradura automática que es de fácil uso y que la activas desde el móvil. Y si no te gusta el sistema, tienes un juego de llaves para abrir y cerrar las puertas a la vieja usanza. Buen menaje, buena iluminación, aires acondicionados nuevos y silenciosos y el hall del edificio que al llegar te dejará encantado si miras el techo. El ático necesita una reforma. Cambiar piso, la mesa exterior por ejemplo o por lo menos, ponerle un mantel para que no se vea el deterioro por el agua y el sol, ademas de cuidar mas de las plantas. Si bien es cierto que habían unas banquetas, a la mesa de comedor interior le hacen falta 2 sillas mas.

Muy bien el apartamento

En general, todo muy bien. Un apartamento muy tranquilo y bastante bien equipado. La caldera, es muy difícil regular la temperatura. Tambien hay que reparar el toallero del baño porque está suelto y se cae en cuanto coges la toalla.

Goede locatie. Leuk appartement. Niet voor 4 personen.

Wij hadden graag een extra set sleutels. De details, lastig wc doortrekken , 1 tablet wasmachine., gordijnen onhandig opgehangen, af en toe rioollucht, (leeglopende chiffon) weinig glaswerk en mokken, geen goed koffie app. , geen theepot. Ivm geen vastwasser te weinig keuken doeken .

Great flat in perfect location

To have had Feast of the Assumption (15 August) celebrations below the terrace and to feel part of a major religious festival. A noisy fridge if you're sleeping on the pull-out bed next to it. The blinds could do with being replaced with something more light-cancelling.

Central apartment

This is a bright attic flat with a nice outside terrace in a good central location in the old Cádiz The accommodation is described as for 4 but it would be very cramped for 4 adults. Would suit two adults and two children. Very limited inside space.

Buena estancia y excelente trato aunque hay aspectos mejorables del apartamento

Nos ha gustado su excelente ubicación y la atención del equipo de cadiz4rentals. El apartamento es muy pequeño como para que se alojen 4 personas. Hemos echado en falta más sartenes (solo había una) así como una cafetera.
