Superb property in a wonderful location

This is a really excellent place to stay in Cadiz. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location. The outside terrace offers great views across the bay and the beach is a short walk away. Shops restaurants and bars are all close by. It is a pleasant 15/20 min walk to the old town centre. There is even a bus stop a few metres from the building. The Team at Cadiz4 rentals were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and we most certainly would use this agency again when booking a property in Cadiz Perhaps the wifi password could be displayed in a prominent place and also instructions for the removal of garbage etc. The occasional small for the drains was an issue but that is probably beyond your control

Lovely apartment, fantastic view and great location.

This is the second time we’ve rented this apartment and we love the view from the balcony and the short distance to the beach - it’s great! There are some minor problems, the drain in the shower is very smelly, there is a problem with the switch on the kettle and the light in the cooker hood doesn’t work.

Excellent roof top apartment

From the road you would not expect such a lovely apartment to be inside. Beautiful huge balcony and open plan layout. We eat in sat on the balcony watching the sunset over Cadiz. Amazing. Street parking is hard to come by in the area. If you find a spot leave the car and use public transport or walk to get about. Nothing is far from the apartment

Fantastic studio and large balcony accommodation on the 11th floor minutes away from the beach. Great, quiet location close to all points of interest, beach shops, etc. Spacious and bright, and it was very impressive. I wish I had stayed for a long time. Modern kitchen, TV and fast wi-fi, air conditioning in the living room .. We stayed for 30 days and didn't find any bug or complaint whatsoever, we can only recommend it. Thanks

Fabulous Spacious Penthouse Studio Apartment

The apartment really is very spacious for a studio with amazing Atlantic views, being on the 11th floor. Furniture is high quality and it has 2 sun beds on the enormous balcony which aren’t featured in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Very clean and modern. We had a problem with operating the dishwasher which was solved immediately by the rental company. The electronic door entry system App took a bit of getting used to but it was very efficient. Great communication.

Tiene vistas tanto al océano como a la bahía, aunque desde lejos (no se escuchan las olas). El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y la terraza muy grande. Muy bien equipado. No se puede cerrar completamente la entrada de luz (todas las ventanas tienen persianas menos una), por lo que tuve que dormir con antifaz.

Las vistas son espectaculares. Hemos estado más de dos semanas y no me he cansado de mirar por ninguna ventana. A pesar de los días de lluvia y no poder disfrutar de la terraza, se podía ver el mar sentada desde el sillón o de la mesa de comedor. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Todo el apartamento es muy bonito y luminoso, perfecto para dos personas. La conexión a Internet súper rápida y estable. He podido trabajar sin tener ningún problema. Tanto el dueño del alojamiento como los empleados de Cadiz4rental han hecho todo lo posible para que estuviéramos a gusto. La limpieza: el plato de ducha tenía pelos del inquilino anterior cuando llegamos. En un apartamento de esta categoría esperaba un sofá y una cama más cómodos.

Great views and easy access to the beach and supermarkets. Cadiz4Rentals were really helpful - definitely book with them again. Could do with more saucepans, a kettle etc.

Apartamento perfecto para pareja con espectaculares vistas

La gran terraza con vistas del mar. Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario. Limpio y bien cuidado. Ascensor (importante porque son 11 pisos). Zona con supermercados y restaurantes. En pocos minutos se está en la playa.

Bright, sunny and with great views.

The bright airiness of the studio made it a great place to hang out and enjoy the views. Good shower and a comfortable bed - perfect for our 2 week stay. The fixings holding the glass panels on the balcony are starting to become loose.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und guter Anbindung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 11. Etage eines Hauses und zwar im obersten Stockwerk. Man hat einen recht schönen Meerblick und eine große Dachterrasse.Die Busanbindung ist gut, notwendige Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
