This was a lovely property. Very clean and so close to the beach. We loved it! Would give 5 stars, but the twin beds were not super comfortable. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay and highly recommend!

Wonderful and responsive hosts. Great location. Clean, comfortable and well appointed unit. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for our needs since we wanted to stay a bit away from the most touristic places but be close to the beach. If you ask me I think that Ondarreta beach is much better than La Concha. Welcoming and attentive host. Thank you! The apartment was comfortable and lovely. Firm beds. Great with two bathrooms for three ladies Nice coffee shop just around the corner. Easy to take the local bus to the old town or just walk along the beach

Great spot to enjoy San Sebastian

Overall our stay at this apartment was very easy and pleasant. It's located in a very beautiful part of San Sebastian - close enough to walk to the main part of town but far enough from the center to escape some of the overcrowding in the busy summer months. It's also just a few minutes walk to Ondarreta beach which is beautiful. Only criticism is that the ventilation in the bathrooms isn't the best (no windows) but the bedrooms are a decent size and the closets are great. The apartment manager, Jose Mari, was very accommodating and easy to deal with. All in all a very good experience.

Moderno departamento,bien situado y todo de acuerdo a su descripcion

Volveremos,no gusto,que le falta en comparación con el del año pasado? Estacionamiento,mas detalles de bienvenida,ejemp,o: toallas de papel en la cocina,bol.sas de basura,salero,azucar,un jabon de manos en los baños,papel tissue, solo nos dejaron una pastilla para lavavajillas,y una sola para lavaropa,todos estos pequeños detalles cuestan aproximadamente menos de 7 euros y es una critica super constructiva. Para ña calidad del departamento las camas individuales asi como la almohadas no estan a la altura.

Hola Jose Antonio. Gracias por haberse alojado con nosotros. Para empezar, decir que es un apartamento y no un hotel. Somos una agencia y no un particular y hay que entender que cada huésped tiene unas necesidades diferentes y no se puede complacer a todos. Unos piden café, otros té, azucar..... El apartamento está total y prefectamente equipado. En el anuncio ya consta que se ponen tanto los jabones como el papel higiénico de cortesía. Estaría bien que usted hubiera comentado también, que llegaron sobre las 22:30 horas sin haberles cobrado late check in alguno, cuando también consta que nuestro horario es entre las 16:00 y las 21:00 horas. Fuimos dos personas a recibirles y darles todo tipo de información. No obstante nos alegramos que ustedes hayan disfrutado de su estancia y aceptamos los comentarios constructivos. Un saludo.
