A big apartment very close to the old city, easily accessible by car, without traffic even during the weekdays, with private underground parking spot. Very helpful and responsive staff. We had a very pleasant stay!

never again

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. It's clear that we missed the mark on a few important aspects of your stay, and for that, I apologize. We always strive to provide the best experience for our guests and it seems we fell short this time. Your feedback on the cleanliness and the smell in the bathroom and kitchen is concerning, and we take it very seriously. We will definitely address this with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen in the future. We are also sorry for the confusion regarding the house number and the lack of communication. We regret that the accommodation and the view did not meet your expectations. We aim to provide a comfortable environment and it's disheartening to know that we didn't achieve this during your stay. We will also address the issue with our kitchenware and ensure they are up to standard. Again, thank you for your feedback. It's valuable to us as it helps us to improve and offer a better experience to our guests in the future. We hope that despite these issues, you will give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

Poor

Schöne Unterkunft in Funchal!

Nice, clean apartment

The apartment has everything for your needs. Good facilities, clean, though there is no hand soap or cleaning products in the bathroom. We had to buy wipes to keep everything clean. The shower only has enough hot water for one, then it has to be allowed to heat up again. Up a very steep hill from Funchal, but there is a bus stop 20 feet outside the apartment. Buses run regularly until late.
