Huge bedrooms

Updated bathroom. Small, but functional kitchen. Great windows, small balcony that was delightful, and blackout shutters for a great sleep. A/C heaters in each bedroom. Lots of light. Handy elevator makes the place accessible after a six-step entry to the lobby. Plenty of bars, bakeries, pizza places, and restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores, too. Major bus stop nearby with taxis easily available, as well. The host was friendly, helpful, and non-invasive. We enjoyed our stay.

Guests welcome and appreciated. The amount of the tourist tax of 6 euros per night and per person is established by the Municipality of Rome to which the amount is donated and not withheld by the host. The structure does not issue an invoice because it does not carry out entrepreneurial activities, but occasional without a VAT number.

Spazioso e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici
